I’m very disappointed, their serves is bad so bad! i asked them to dye my hair and they said it will take 3 hours! then i said okay and they discussed and lie about not having the color! and also they said we cant do for you now we have another customer!!!!!!!!! if you have another customer why you let me book this time!!!!!! they keep saying sorry then the left me alone without doing anything! SO SOOO BAAAD SALON

I always come to way out for my manicures and pedicures. It’s the only place I will go to get my acrylic nails, Laura Is the best, quick professional and my nails always LAST, never lifts and she always knows what I want, even when I don’t know what I want. The staff are super friendly and always feel welcome in the salon.

I have been going to this place for the past 4 years for padi and mani and they are wonderful (specially Delma) and always have great offers! but never knew that they have the greatest masseuse ever! Aby is such a professional one, I really have tried many hotels and luxury spas massage and most of them were so good but honostly have never had a perfect massage like what I had yesterday with Aby.. Shes fenomenal 👏🏻

Best service with best staff

I’ve been coming here for more than 2 years and I’m always so happy with how my nails turn out. Gena does an amazing job and I highly recommend her if you want beautiful nails that will last. I always get natural hard gel and usually it lasts for a full month. I also get my eyebrows threaded here and it always comes out perfect. I am so happy that I found this salon, I’ve been to many in Dubai and this one is the best. Thank you Gena for always going a great job!

I get my lashes done here monthly and the staff are very friendly. They take the time to remember you and ask about whatever you mentioned the last time you were. And the lashes are good too. 😉

Really disappointed! Hairdresser destroyed my hair!!! It supposed to be a simple straight 3cm haircut and I ended up with 5cm difference between left and right side! Unbelievable! I wonder how it ends up for ladies with complicated requests. Would never recommend nor go back !!! Really terrible!!

I was very disappointed with their services yesterday,I went to get my ombré done there for the first time and it was a complete nightmare,the edges looked horrible,almost chipped😩my nails looked like they had been painted instead of putting nail polish,I had to complain to the receptionist to get them done again,since I was going for vacation the only help they could offer was to buff the horrible ombré and put a gelish colour on top,truly disappointed by the technician who showed no remorse at all,I spent 4hrs gettin my nails done,the customer service in this place needs to be improved,the technician didn’t bother to check the receipt given by the receptionist to know which service I wanted done...she looked somewhat tired doing my nails,I had a horrible experience on this salon,definitely don’t recommend doing ombré in this saloon,prices are high,for an absolute bad ombré,wouldn’t recommend to any of my friends,no refund nor apology given,,,poor poor service

Very unprofessional salon. They do double dipping of the wax very unhygienic and do not follow the standards as per dubai municipality. They ask you to pay first and then take the service. Their is no one from management in the salon when you have to raise concern and the receptionist doesn’t even allow you to speak to the management. Extremely unprofessional and they do not care about their customers.

I got a hair tint here 2 weeks ago I booked the appointment way in advance to make sure i would get a proper appointment as I have had problems here in the past. Wen I got there the lady was too busy with someone else to attend to me so she put in my dye and left me at the sink. Then another lady washed it out when she noticed it had been in too long. I was left sitting on a seat with wet hair and a random lady in the salon tried to come and dry my hair without even brushing it first, in the end I had to blow dry my own hair. It was the most bizzare situation. I was still charged full price and when I complained the lady was unapologetic and she would get someone to call me. I just called back after two weeks of getting no follow up and their is still no update. I gave them a chance but now Im writing a review. I have been a customer here for 4 years. The beauty staff are great which keeps me coming back but the management is a joke!!! Overbooking appointments, no customer gollow up, having no appreciation for customer loyalty. One time I was charged one Dirham extra for a slight change I made to my nails....leave the Dirham go!! It means nothing and it shows some appreciation to the customer. Mistakes will always happen in a salon but if they are dealt with and followed up on correctly reviews like this wouldnt exist.
