First off they did a great job. I’m happy with the final product. I got gel mani pedi.BUT... it took 4 hours. They didn’t have enough girls to cover 3 of us when we booked an appointment in advance so while my two friends were getting done they barley started me and then had me sit for 2 1/2 hours. Really disappointed with the service although the girls are really friendly.

OVER ALL POOR SERVICE, POOR WAXING PRODUCT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.Came here for full body waxing!! But the Egyptian lady “Duaa” is not at all professional with waxing. So I had to wait for another 30mins to get another lady who they claim can do decent job!!!!Second update, after waiting for more than 30mins their staff comes in the waxing room to inform me that the other lady will take another 20mins or more!!!! Later when she realized I started making video of the waxing room mentioning all the details. Their manager/owner rushes to the treatment room & tries her best to talk it out without really helping me in anyway!!!! Instead telling me that this is how Dubais life is and I should calm down (lol). I am not sur what she ment as I havent face this kind of service or attitude anywhere else in U.A.E.Coming to threading, so as Ms. Duaa wasnt in mood to thread. I had to survive with the waxing lady Ms. Pearla to do my threading as she struggled.Trust me guys this place is not worth trying.Please visit Beauty Beat Salon (JLT), they are amazing for waxing, even if u have super sensitive skin, trust me you wont be disappointed at all.

Its a really nice hygienic salon. They have massage chairs for mani pedi! Which is a plus point.I feel like they havent replaced their nail paint bottles for a long time and most them were dried out

I really like the salon. The staff is efficient, pleasant and friendly.

The owner did my Brazilian blowout. She did useless job. And when told her that I didnt like it, she was defending herself. She did the blowout in two hours for which professionals take 3-4 hours. Really service is very bad.

Amazing salon - really love all the girls here. Ask for LV for waxing and nails can be done by any of the girls they are all excellent! Fridays are half off most services + free parking!

Method for gel removal are archaic (they actually just file the top of your nail and scratch it until there us no product left... nails are completely damaged not to mention they charge an outstanding fee to do so compared to other places (63 AED). Definitely not recommend the place.

Worst customer service. Its like they are not interested in making money or beinging in new clients. I called to ask if the hair coloring master was available, and i was right outside the door. The girl on the phone told me yes she is available but will leave in 10 minutes. If you were really interested in making money, you could do an hour overtime. And haircoloring here around AED 800 for long hair, which is not little amount. Anyways, i had a function next day, so i needed this urgently, therefore i did my hair in a different salon with an amazing staff, and i will visit only the other salon, because the service there is great

First I’d like to say that I wish I could rate them with 0 stars. I went to this salon bkz I bought 6 massages (sessions) from Groupon, and when I went there to have my first massage, they said in a very rude and insolent way, that they will accept to do only one session, bkz after that (session), I would be considered as a returned customer and this offer is only for newcomers. What is this rubbish they are talking about? They should write this in Groupon with BIG LETTERS. Now I have to go back and get a refund etc etc, because of Rifa’s (salon owner??) stupid rule.My dear.. don’t you know that here in Dubai there are sooo many ‘state of the art’ salons? We only need to choose.I certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON to anyone, you lose your temper, time and money there..

I just paid for a groupon ok in the fine print it said if your hair was long there would be a surcharge... fine i thought maybe up to 200 extra as my hair is long. They tried to charge me 650aed on top of the voucher i bought at 249AED. I am actually so shocked!
