Worst experience even though , am there client from 6 months , everytime they have some or other issueThey have make package of 300 AedI took the package twice every time she have additional chargesThey charge extra money for removing nail paint while doing manicureExtra money after color / hot oil to do head wash that is insane way to earn extra then why to introduce packages , also there are no dates no term no additional expenses are mentionedI visited them 15 days back and informed them i will come next month to use my left over package, when i called them today she refused to do it she wants me to pay extra chargesIt was not mentioned before that they will not entertain clienta in Eid holidays
