Staff is trained and friendly. Even the receptionist is polite and understanding. The place is clean and hygienic and they are following all the protocols. Overall a good experience will surely visit again.

It was actually my first time in Bedashing and it was worth it, the girls r so accommodating and professional, starting from the receptionist. I did waxing with sangita it was quick and painless, I really recommend her shes very detailed in her job, overall experience was amazing. Neat environment, value for your money. Thanks girls

I went for manicure and pedicure, the therapist Nikita and April did an awesome and neat job and I loved it. And I also did a back and shoulder massage and Halliburt was the best, she knows her job well. I recommend her for massage. And the salon is very well maintained.

If you stay in their chair for more than 1:30, expect a lot of back pain. The atmosphere is very weird. the work is sloppy. in short, I do not recommend this salon 🤦🏻‍♀️

Bedashing Nad Al Sheba is an excellent beauty salon. The service is amazing and the value for money is great. The best thing about it is the staff! Had an amazing service with Jennifer and Sandhya. Had a pedicure with sandhya and a fusio scrub with Jennifer. Both of them were amazing and made sure that I have a relax and a great experience. Overall had a nice relaxing service, but I hope they plan to take discount cards such as Fazaa and essad to make our experience much more better. And there is a low mobile service in the salon area, but they are working for strengthening the mobile data and service.

Super unprofessional and unorganised.I visited twice, they have a strict no walk in policy and insist you book an appointment which is good but then you show up on time and you wait.Both times i waited over 10 minutes.I clearly specified what treatment i want and when booking, then again to the receptionist (which btw doesn’t have a reception desk but rather work on one of the chair in the nail area) only for the therapist to come and oh i cant do the requested treatment because this week’s delivery didn’t arrive!!!No apologies from any of the staff whatsoeverNever visiting again although its only 2 mins from my house.I’d rather drive 20 mins to beauty connection and wait there rather than coming here again.One more thing, Covid-19 protocols are not in place. The hair section is very crowded. the staff + clients (one of them was clearly sick) are not wearing masks properly

First of all, for a business so conveniently located in Nad Al Sheba 3 villas, the experience and quality will be anything but. I reserved an appointment for nails, pedicure, bangs trimming, colour conditioner and a blowdry. I was seen promptly, however I was also informed that their hair technician did not make it in. They did not call me beforehand to warn me so that I could alter my plans if necessary. The hair technician they did have on site seemed unsure if she could do a bangs trimming but then recanted and said it would be fine. Since its such a simple task, I obliged to let her do it. She seemed nervous to do the cut, but was ultimately able to do a somewhat suitable job. I would say her lack of confidence had me nervous as well... I had also requested a colour conditioner be applied to my hair which I frequently use and had brought from home. She put the conditioner in and began working with another customer. However, the product is only to be left in the hair for approximately 10-15 minutes or you can suffer irritation. I told her this and yet she let the product to sit in my hair for 30+ minutes. I did deal with some irritation following the appointment.My pedicure was done well and timely, however, when it came time for blow drying, the technician left my hair flat in addition to pulling out a chunk of my hair from the suction of the dryer. I was not charged for the blowdry as I had to redo it once I reached home. My nails did take upwards of 3 hours (for extension and French tips) and one of my nails broke the following day. I then had to return again for an HOUR long appointment to have it fixed. For one nail....Overall, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Bedashing beauty lounge used to be one of my favourite salons here in the UAE but they have certainly changed in the last few years. They play a total of 4 songs on repeat in every branch, and they seem to not really care much about their customers. Their management team has obviously supplied them with less than stellar hair styling and manicure tools. The standard blow dryer has no low setting so unless you like flat hair thats dryer than the sahara desert, I suggest going somewhere else. Also, their chairs will leave you feeling uncomfortable for the hours you spend there (even for simple appointments, nothing is done efficiently or with respect to customer time). I will not be returning, thats for sure.

My appointment was @10:45 I come earlier by 10 mins because the salon had a rule that whoever is late for 10 mins they will cancel there appointment but if they kept the customer waiting for 45 mins is fine and keep lieing on them that they will start the service in really short time. I left the saloon without getting the service I wanted theyre really not manging there appointment really well and not respecting other people time. I wasnt the only coustmer that was complaining about them being late. If there is a zero star rating I would rate ZERO .

I love getting my eyebrows and nails done by Nakita, didn’t feel the pain while she was threading my eyebrows and the result was amazing 💕( the only bad thing about this branch is the cell service, there’s no cell service inside )

Visited the salon today amazing Atmoshpere..very welcoming staff specially the lady at front .. Jenifer the lady that did my hair was very nice & patient specially cuz my hair took so much time but she achieved the look I wanted I was so happy with the results!! The manager also great lady and she listens to customers complains or any issues.
