I had an amazing experience Hydracool Facial treatment at Queens Beauty lounge, all the staff are professional and friendly kudos to my therapist Dalia my facial therapist, she told me step by step process of my facial in detailed.

I got my hydracool facial done yesterday. I was really nervous at first how it would go. I was so satisfied and relaxed throughout the treatment, the lady was so professional and she was telling me each step what she was doing and what she was going to do.The whole treatment was by far the best and I feel worth spending money on it even!The best part was it was buy one get one free offer aswell, me and my friend both loved the service.

Lips tattoo 2 time make too me but very very bad works Im so sad I pay 1300 with but I think this is not hair salon work only clinice but way not stop police this bad work and salon about lips tattoo he have Licence

I hardly understand why I got an expensive manicure and pedicure service by two trainees which took about 90 minutes for a simultaneous but a very long, low quality and unprofessional job. I can only guess that this was because I wanted to use an ENTERTAINER voucher and they decided to save assets on me. Anyway, the lowest qualify imaginable.The foot therapist was good though.Highly unrecommended otherwise!!

I normally would give you 5 stars but today I was told that they will not pay for my parking. I have been coming here 2 years and for them to just change that is ridiculous. I ended up paying for what was a mani plus another 25aed for parking. Not good for loyal customers where you trying to make money out of them. Even if you said we changed rules we can subsidise 50% of parking that would be OK. Will go somewhere else where parking is free from now on.

Very warm welcoming place . I can’t say that about to many places here but this place absolutely their staff never make me feel like I’m less of an important customer . They always make me feel welcome and whenever I call they address me right away by my name , which makes the experience feel very personal , customized & great!

Was on the hunt for a good nail salon and I think I found the one! Im usually extremely picky when it comes to my nails and have to try several before finding the right place but this place was a great experience from the start. Was offered detox water with cold clean towel at arrival. Decided to do Gel Manicure & Pedicure. Great selection of colors to choose from. It was very relaxing and I enjoyed the massage chair as well. The Nail technicians were very sweet and made me feel welcome the entire time. Its now been a week since I went and my manicure & pedicure are holding up perfectly. Reasonable prices & convenient location. Very impressed overall. Thank you!

The Marina branch is fantastic. The best manicure and pedicure in Dubai. The chairs are comfortable, staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they groom your nails perfectly.

It’s a really smart, attractive beauty salon. I found all the therapists to be professional, pleasant and helpful. I was pleased with the customer service that I received for my treatments. I was very happy with the body and head massage and you can also relax with a magazine while you have your feet pampered. The girl who booked my appointment was very polite. I love this place and they have very reasonable prices everyone has always been very friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you have a good experience.The massages were very deep and well done. they also use warm towels on yours body which feels amazing i am impressed with their work i always leave feeling like im on a cloud after the massage, they have some really very good moves.Its so reasonably priced here!! all the staff is very nice friendly and professional, its nice to find a place where you can take care of yourself i recommend this place to everyone.

Friendly and good service, close very early though in comparison to other local salons. Would be even better if they had more staff as it is hard to book nail appointments with friends, they don’t have enough manpower to fit multiple bookings a majority of the time. Overall experience is positive!

Have been coming here for over 6 years now nd never disappointed! Used Entertainer vouchers today to get the 60minute body massage which was divine and the signature herbal oil trestment. Felt like a queen! Staff are very lovely too, definitely recommend this place.

Pathetic experience. I went to Queens Marina for hair roots. After applying roots there was no one available to wash my hair on time. With 10 mins delay one of the girls washed my hair with very cold water since the heater was off! Then she was washing my hair for damn 25 mins with AC duct right over my head !! I have a baby and am really concerned of catching cold with all this. Besides even after 20 mins she left colored spots and spilled hair colored water on my top ruining it. Overall experience was very poor. I would recommend Queens JLT far much better than marina salon. Highly unlikely to go again to Queens Marina.
