Ordered 2 items, on delivery they brought the incorrect product advised would be redelivered in 2 days. Was not the case still waiting 2 weeks later despite daily calls I have had no communication back from this company despite taking my money and not fulfilling my order. Call agents cannot help and no call back from management. You cannot get a response from anyone and this is still not resolved.

Not suggested for online shopping ..Received stroller with dent , still waiting for a response from mamas and papas for seven days to return or replace the item. No update from them.Each time they promise to give an update and says waiting for brand approval!!!

Worst online shopping Everseen!!They deduct the money from your card without processing the order itself.Shame, quality of the products is nice..We are 2021 where everything is made online, MAMAS AND PAPAS is still not worth 1 star .. itis time to wake up !Moreover, for cash on delivery they charge 25 aed !!If you have a problem with ur online payment, make the cash on delivery free 😉At least you make less angry customers!

Extremely poor delivery service. No respect of timing and poor customer service from the delivery company (which is not mamas and papas). My wife stayed in all day waiting for our baby purchases and the delivery didn’t turn up. I’m waiting to hear from their customer service team.

Had a really great experience browsing the store on Friday. I wish I got the Gentleman’s name who provided a great comparison of the travel strollers they have available. My husband and I didn’t purchase anything yet but he provided enough information to make an educated purchase from their online website.

They use cheating strategy to sell their items, they post very attractive items in very good price to sell the rest, and when you place an order that attractive one will not be delivered, only the secondary items will be delivered, and excuse will be that it was out of stock. So they use fishing method to sell items online, please dont fall into their trap...

I visited the store at Jebel Ali Outlet village and couldnt have been more disappointed with the lack of customer service. A sales person gave me the incorrect pricing and information on a baby product (Stokke crib). I took the time to ask very specific questions regarding the product specifications which was incorrectly answered. This is an indication of a lack of product knowledge and training. This is so unacceptable for what I considered a reputable store. In summary, I left the store as one upset pregnant women and no crib. The sale staff could offer no tangible solutions for their blatant mistake.

Hi, Im really disappointed with the after sale service at the Dubai Mall Outlet. I bought a Mylo Pram last year. Unfortunately, the seat handle was damaged and i took it to M&P Dubai Mall last month to get it fixed. We handed over the pram and were told that will get a call back in a couple of days for quote approval which we did and approved the same on the phone. After 3 weeks of not hearing back from them, we went to the store to check on the pram and no one had any clue. The store manager didnt even know that a pram came in to his store for repair and when I questioned that, he said he has a lot going on and cant keep track. I mean isnt that his job responsibility? After us being there for an hour, they finally found the pram in the store but this time more damaged, it was stored badly that the leather on the chassis was damaged. When questioned, he said it was like that - I mean how can you tell when you didnt even know the pram was in your store. We have been going back and forth for 2 weeks and they keep saying we cant do anything about it. Im expecting my 2nd child and refuse to use a damaged product. Im very disappointed as we have had no support from the team at the outlet, keep saying we cant do anything and now Im left with a 3000 AED damaged pram that is of no use to me. This is not acceptable at all and needless to say, we will not be buying any M&P products moving forward. Overall very bad experience.

I don’t know what they have there with an online store, and specifically in the Dubai Mall, excellent service, wonderful goods, toys mi-mi. Bought Christmas balls at a discount, very beautiful, handmade and cute deer. Thank you for the beauty, keep it up, sorry there are no stores in Russia.
