One of the worst brands not in quality but in the after sale service,They dont have spare parts for all items they are selling, i bought Chicco kwik stroller and after 1 month i need to replace the front wheel as it is making noise they told me that they dont have this part and leave your number and we qill call you, they didnt call any time as they dont have the part and not willing to bring it i passed by them multiple times for 2 months and different branches the same response in all branches.They offered me to take the stroller and try to repair but only if i bought it from chicco directly as they arent repairing stroller bought from other compatetors as baby shop and this is very weird as each brand should take care of its products regardless from where it was bought.So now i have 800 AED stroller with a very small issue however i have to throw it as i cant repair.
