We reached there with 5 minutes to closong time l.. but the gentlemen were still welcoming us and provided all assistance we needed to figure out which doll to pick from the different options.. their attitude and service is extremely appreciated.. they even offered to gift wrap the gift although it was now after closing time ..

Best place to buy branded toys. You might not find always what you need but if you find, it will be for a very lesser price that in the market. The whole store change the items at least on weekly basis for sure.

I would have given 0 stars but there isnt any option. I bought 3 toys from this shop and 2 were fake. One of the batteried toys had a broken spring in the battery area and completely destroyed batteries. Other was a play dough which was packed but had 2 of them as hard a rock.

Buying toys above average prices for gifts and was informed gift wrapping is charged seperately!! Sounds funny! I suppose 50 percent of the customers would be buying it for gifting others! Small services like that to the customers wont harm I suppose !

The toys are all good and branded, not cheap unbranded or knockoff toys. Although they could have more variety, this still is a place worth being visited every once if a while if you buy for kids.

Good prices and nice staff.. Only issue is parking which is common. They provide valet parking but its funny how long the turn is to get behind the building and enter the parking.. Google maps is not updated for that location.. If youre going from Sheikh zayed road towards Sharjah next exit 36, keep left at the first fork, then right at the second fork, then U turn and another U turn to get there.

Very bad experience, staff are not helpfull at all and quality is not good at all... Guys its a store for Kids and you can’t give them such a bad experience. I bought a bicycle for my kid aged 2 years ago and i was’nt willing to exchange it and i got it in a closed box so i didn’t kept the receipt and after opening the box it was broken from inside i went to Barsha store in dubai 2 days after buting it asking for help (but the they didn’t want to listen to the problem as the receipt is not with me and i presented my bank message showing that a payment was done for the same amount at their store 2 days ago) no solution was given to me or just to offer me to buy the broken part as this is not their problem. This was a gift for my son on his birthday, and it was a bad experience with untrained staff and store.

You would notice the Plastics smell once you get in , Very cheap quality toys and very limited choices . Parking is very messy outside , But they have free valet parking though ! I bought a slipper for my daughter it was fine , Toys not really.
