Last time we visited Ajman Centrepoint and that was so amazing. This is also as good as that and on few categories better than that. Not sure whether it was their when we visited or always it has best offers. Like other stores, Karama Centrepoint store offers fashion for entire family, baby essentials, makeup, shoes & home décor and much more. I guess, you cannot find collections this store has for toys, babies and fashion at any other stores.The Babyshop section here offers complete range of stuff for new born and infants. If you visit here you can buy every need for an infant and newborn.If you are in Dubai it is worth to drive to reach this store instead visiting other Centrepoint stores and grab from wide collections and amazing offers.

We were waiting in line and due to the sale there was a long queue. Pavan asked us to step aside and took us to one side to bill our items, so that they could maintain the distancing. We had a very good experience at Homebox with Uzair. He assisted us very politely and helped us find items which suited our budget. Hes very proactive and very informative. Also products are Homebox are reasonable and fairly durable.

I ordered from their online application and my order was promised to be delivered on 22nd July, till today i havent recieved my order, even i paid in advance via my credit card. When i contact their customer service, they dont pick my call, nor their page replies my on facebook messenger. CENTREPOINT has the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

Centrepoint is a single stop shop for ladies, gents, kids and babies. This is a popular departmental store in the Burjuman/Mankhool area. A great place for clothes shopping and furnitures. It’s reasonably priced and I found it better than IKEA for the furniture shopping!!The store is easily accessible via the BurJuman metro station, centrally located with parking facilities. Opposite Pizzahut Karama and near DoubleTree Hilton Hotel Mankhool.Recommended 👍🏻✌🏻👌🏻

Quite the snobs for a store that is trying to pull in customers with their almost-daily discount offers. I have a 3-year old son who like any other kid likes to play with toys. I was reprimanded by a saleslady and was told not to sit on the floor and play with the cars. We were going to buy anyway, but for us, I let him play with it and check his attention span to see if he really likes it or if he plays with one lesser than the others, then I dont get those. Anyway, fine if they have that rule but irritated because a few minutes prior to my sons play, another kid (maybe because hes better dressed than my son) has been playing IN THE SAME AREA WITH THE SAME TOYS and nobody dared tell him or his parents off. The other well-known toy stores (Hamleys, Early Learning Centre, The Toy Store) encourage play and some of the salespeople even play with the kids. I understand that they are wary of kids breaking the toys prior to buying, but at least if they are going to enforce the rule, make it fair and not act discriminatingly (the photo below was taken during happier times from the same store prior Christmas, when we had a cartload of toys and nobody told us off during this time)

They got everything under one roof it’s with brand good products .It was difficult to find things at the baby shop area , most of the stuff has different price than displayed and for the assistance we need to look for the sales agent and need wait for longer than expected .

I’m a regular shopper at Centrepoint but their customer service is pathetic & worse is that none of their stores answer their landline numbers or their extensions even during their off peak hours or days.I had a query about my gift card & when I called their customer care, they said something weird like they only deal with online shopping. Also they provided me with incorrect info saying their Deira City Centre showroom is open & even gave me their landline number. I wasted my time going there as they are yet to open.Considering they are such a big group, not even answering phones is ridiculous & unprofessional.

Good destination for quick shopping within the city. Parking available at the building basement. Branded Dress and Footwear. Though good for baby dress and gifts, you may not find a wide selection.

Crazy back to school service just now...the cashier lady when asked to pack a gift..firstly said go to the next counter and ask for gift wrap..the next counter had no response...ridiculously no effort by the cashier to assist further in getting the item gift wrapped/ highly unsatisfied shukran user...I am thinking to discontinue my shukran hereafter!!!

A visit to centrepoint is my usual monthly routine now. It has mostly all the Landmark group stores, so me and my wife can get garments and shoes from splash & shoemart and for my kid , there is babyshop. Also its not that crowded mostly and parkings are available outside and also underground.
