I love this brand the staff very friendly

Great and Amazing Boutique it need a little touch by the staff to be better they need to smile more .

Awful customer service.I wore shoes 3 times , they ripped off .2.11 I brought them to Dolce Gabbana boutique to fix. I was told it will take up to 6 weeks . Today 1.4 I still do not have my shoes , and no one can tell me when I can expect to get them back . Unacceptable .Avoid the store. Shoes should not rip off after 3 times wear abs Ir shouldn’t take 6 months to fix them .

Staff need to be trained on customer service, being an HR executive myself I know the impacts this Cana have severely on a business.The staff are very rude and not helpful in this branch.

Had to buy a pair of sneakers but the salesgirl at dubai mall was very rude and had a lot of attitude ..ended up buying the same at D&G mall of Emirates where the sales girl was very sweet and accomodating.

Pathetic! calls are unattended, lack of English speakers hence tough to interact unless you know Arabic.

The new dolce store

I took my wife’s shoes for after sale repairs hopping the the repairs will be done professionally , unfortunately instead of repairing my wife’s shoes they end up damage it. The initial damage was on one of the crystals on the decoration and the sole of the shoes was loose and needed repairs that was mentioned specifically on the repair slip . Unfortunately they used glue to repair both of the shoes problems ending up damaging my wife’s shoes ,and is by poring extra glue on the shoes and they tried Really hard to clean it ,resulting in damaging the inside fabric of the shoes. Joanna from the shop received my wife’s shoes and Valentina was responsible for the repairs. I hope that dolce and cabana employ more professional people to deal with customers and admit their mistakes without giving useless and unprofessional excuses . I am a loyal customer to dolce and Gabbana but after this incident, I have to think twice before buying anything from their shop.

I had a really bad experience. Came into the shop and staff started to look bad, probably because I was dressed normal, a blouse and jeans. Not very professional, wrongly judging people

This shop didnt deserve not one star! Staff is very unprofessional and not interested to work, playing on mobile instead to say at least Hi to costumer. Never again in this shop!

I dont care for brands but man the Elegance and quality is impeccable

Shop for the Dolce & Gabbana designer brand in the designer lounge, beautiful but expensive
