Very disappointed when I collected my car from Nissan Service Center for its First Service (1KM).The key has a tag on it stating that its been washed but when I received it, its very dusty. I went back to the service advisor but he’s on phone and wasn’t bothered that I was standing in front of him for more than 3 minutesπŸ™‰πŸ™Š. I walked out and saw another customer complaining the same issue as I have.Passenger seat - one is folded and one is on 45degree angle. I don’t know if this is an isolated case on how they handover the car after service or they just don’t care.Warranty booklet - I gave the warranty booklet to service advisor the moment I drop the car for service and when I got the car back, warranty booklet is sitting in the front compartment without any mark for 1st service.I doubt if you’re really checking/servicing the cars. You are claiming that youre the No. 1 dealer of cars in UAE but this is how you do your service to your own brand?!!! Come on!!!Please check Job Card Number 16040417

Not very professional. From the time you book the appointment the problems start. The site mentions that you would receive a message regarding the appointment but that never comes- leaving you doubtful if the appointment has been booked or not. If you are lucky you get a call 2 days prior to the proposed date informing you that your car was the lucky winner of that slot. Once you reach there on time it is then first come first serve - no appointment timings are considered. Finally you get the golden chance to meet the elusive service advisor who will advise you that they wont be able to clean /wash the car properly (that is the job of car washing centres) but that they would be able to offer a plethora of services which wont come under free service. Once you have answered no to all those services your next job is take a delivery token. If you take a delivery token at the time you drop your car they might call your token around the time you come to actually pick your car after the service is done. They give a taxi coupon for 14 aed and mechanical service is ok. I wish they would stream line the service which would have resulted in a smoother experience.

We bought one Nissan Tida 2015 in 2014, thinking it is a popular model. It would be easy to do maintenance or change parts in future.It came with free service to 60K. So we kept on doing maintenance service in Nissan centre. Except for driving, we don’t know anything about cars. So we prefer to trust Nissan service centers. However, after the 60K finish we bought for more KM service, the painful and costly journey began. (Now I can see what a planful trick it is.)On 2017/01/21, we did 60KM service in Deira Service Centre. After 20 days, on 2017/02/09, my sister had a severe puncture on highway 311. Luckily she was fine. We checked the record, they marked something on tyre, but never informed us what needed to be done with the tyre. We made a complaint with them, they said they have no responsibility for this accident.On 2017/06/03, we DROVE the car to Deira Service Centre for 70KM service, afterward they informed us the car can’t be driving anymore unless changing the fuel tank. The cost is 300AED+1200AED, we can’t take the price, so we took the car to some garage. The checking person from the garage told us that there were obviously three lines cut by person, and the frame broken by hand in the car’s bottom! And after testing driving, they said the car still needed to do services. But when we picked up the car from Nissan Deira Service Centre, Mr. Danish who served us there, confirmed the service was done! And Mr. Danish didn’t give me any QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTION and NISSAN STANDARD WORK ITEMS paper.We made a complaint by email to Nissan, no response at all.Since then we changed to do service in other Nissan centres.On 2019/09/05, we paid AED3543.75 for next 3 time service and did the 1st .On 2020/01/23, we sent the car for the 2nd service. They again said we need to change the fuel tank, we paid AED 3200 for this.On 2020/09/06, I went to Nissan service centre Ras Al Khor for service, they informed me that I can’t do service here and need to go to Deira service centre. The staff was very CARING and wrote me a contact name and mobile number who can serve me there.I went there and called that person but it seems he was busy, so some other staff served me. I got a call in the afternoon saying there were many parts that needed change and many things needed to do with the car. On this short call, I have to make a quick decision on what to do. At last I agreed to some items, ended by paying AED 1178 extra. When picking up the car, I got some discount, so it was AED1100.Why have so many problems occurred since the paid service started? Seems we bought a bad car from the beginning? Is a Nissan car really so bad?Why is the staff so kind to introduce someone in the Deira service center for me? He doesnt even know me.Why cant they send quotations by email but just by talking on the phone in the last service?I have decided not to go to the Nissan service centre any more. I paid service in advance but got very bad and poor service over all, always something will happen and need to pay extra, especially in Deira service center.

Vehicle Nissan PathfinderDefinitely avoid this service center if possible!!!My vehicle was on recall campaign for ABS actuator, I went there thrice after taking appointment for the same and every time they sent me back saying spare was not in stock🀬🀬🀬.Finally when my service was due I asked the advisor about recall campaign and got it fixed. However in their system it still shows its pendingπŸ˜–.Also during my service there was wheel rotation during which they have damage all the wheel caps successfully which I noticed during wheel change🀯🀯🀯.

My nissan Patrol was given for express service. The log in time was 11 44 am. The delivery that is supposed to be in 1 hour, but the delivery time was mentioned as 1 30pm. I am following up with service advisor now he says it will take 30 more minutes because the printer is stuck. The service included only oil change and check up, they charge 1100 aed. Just because i dont want to loose warranty, i am coming here to service. There are millions of garage who do the same job with better professionalism at 30% of the cost.Final update while i was writing this review.The service advisor said they are going to start servicing the car now. Now time is 13 44.After 2 hours they are going to couch my car! Never heard of such express service.

I visited the place for a rental. Very conveniently located 5 minutes walk away from Al Safa Metro station. I received a brand new car. Zero scratches. The cars are clean as they do not allow smoking inside their cars. The staff is incredibly helpful and the reason for the 3 stars rating is the wait. They are simply understaffed and I had to wait 40 minutes to get my turn even though the lady was working as fast as she could. Bottom line, this is a good choice if u are not in a hurry but if u got a meeting or a plane to catch then u might get delayed unless they hire more people.

Bought Brand New Nissan Altima SR 2020I have taken it to the Dealer Arabian Automobiles 3 times and they havent fixed the issues, or they cant fix it, i dont know. Great!The Nissan service centre supervisor (Arabian Automobiles Deira) went personally on a test drive with me and he confirmed all the below faults.Still they are unable to fix these.1. Loud Noise coming from the Infotainment screen and Ac panels, like its a very cheap chinese car.2. Loud Noise coming from back seat area.3. The service advisor come to you with tablet and gets the details instead of you waiting very long time to get a service advisor at my previous vehicle dealer. Entire things happens in few minutes. After you leave you will get to know at which station the car is by sms every few minutes and at least a message with car service finished is very impressive. The vehicle was washed and cleaned properly including the engine compartment. The car was ozone sanitized (dont know what exactly it is) also. Everything was so smooth.I was not given even a keychain from where I got the car delivered. So I asked this service center and they also dont have and it as well was sad.

Extremely disappointed with AWRostomani with how their services have become recently. I bought a brand new Y62 Patrol in 2014 from Nissan showroom, and I have done every single service with them, including anything that was recommended to be done or changed. However, my warranty has recently finished, and just after doing the regular service, the car started having extensive engine vibrations and throttle lagg. What a coincidence the problems started happening just a few months after the warranty was over.I took the car to them for a checkup to see what the problem is, and theyve sent me a quotation of AED 46,000, which baffled me. Theyve added much of non-sense stuff required to change, such as Radiator, Camshaft, Starter motor, and Battery? Oil pump, Engine flush, Timing belt, Belt fan, and more. They didnt explain or report why those parts were required to be changed. I have asked for an official report showing the problem, and they told me they dont give official statements, which isnt professional. After speaking to lots of managers and visiting the service center at least five times, I managed to get a GOOD WILL. discount which I ended up paying AED 16,000, and they have done all of the required changes and promised six months warranty or 10,000 KM. The agent said the car now is like new and everything should be perfect. I was somewhat satisfied, although I felt most of the changed parts were unnecessary and couldve just fixed the issue in an outside garage without even paying half of that amount, yet I trusted the service center, which is something I now regret.In addition to that, it took them 1.5 MONTHS to complete all this. Shame that it took this much time for such a small issue.The real story comes here - A week later, I started feeling semi vibrations, and the car was jittering on idle. After driving for a bit more, the problem was clearly noticeable, and the engine suddenly shuts off. I tried to restart the car, and there was a considerable tak-tak noise (engine rod). Most probably it is because the oil pump has failed which perhaps they were unable to install correctly (hopefully its a new one). We had done an engine oil flush, and none of the reports ever show there is any problem with the engine. Every recommendation by the service center has been made from gasket mini leak to engine oil flush, and all the parts that were recommended to be changed were changed. Its one of the faults of the technicians that failed to do everything properly, which caused the problem to happen just a week later from receiving the car.I took the car by a recovery back to the service center and told them to check the issue. A week after checking up several times and visiting, they told me it looks like an internal engine problem, and it is not related to the last service, which was a week ago. I asked them to fix it, and theyve told me the parts theyve changed last time were on the outside engine, and this is a problem from the inside of the engine.A week later, without any news, until they told me the car engine is damaged, you need to change parts worth AED 100,000 and above, but the manager said dont worry, you will only pay a bit 8-9k. I asked for a report he refused to give it. Ive asked which parts are going to be changed and they refused to provide any reports. They are refusing to fix the problem on the warranty, which was six months or 10,000 km. Sir, any problem happen just come to us.Something is going on, and no one is clear about anything on the car, and every manager says a different thing. One says its the crank; the other says its a bearing, and some say the engine is all damaged and needs to be replaced. No reports, no papers, no updates at all. This is not very pleasant to see, especially when I have paid at least AED 70,000+ on the car service since I got it from the start while doing every service and recommendation at the proper time and never took the car to a garage.

I did 90000km service from AWR service centre Deira, as per them oil filter and AC filter was changed. I also asked them to check AC as the cooling was less. They said AC gas needs to be changed. When I took my car to another garage they found that AC filter was not clean and AC gas was OK. Upon cleaning the filter AC cooling is really good now.AWR didnt change the AC filter and not only that, it was not even cleaned!!!Poor service!!

Worst place EVER , i owned over 7 cars from different manufacturers never saw a place where they dont care about you they handed over my platinum 2020 without cleaning it and said that i didint come earlier and they cleaned it before but now it just got dirty yet same marks i took it in with was there, they cleaned one side left the other covered in sand and dust , inside of the car was not even touched ( except the floor mats they vacuumed or probably just took it out and shook the sand to the wind ) this review will go to the trash cuz they really dont carr about it they know people are forced to return there and i got the car with hit marks on the door i didint leave it in with ( my car is black so this was a big deal )

Crazy funny to share with you folks..Living in Dubai since 8 years and owned several vehicles followed by many different garages - all very professional.One of my my car Nissan Tiida has some gear box issue and I brought it to Nissan service center. They firstly advised me « to throw away my carΒ Β» as the repair costs are higher than the car value itself. I challenged them back and share to me a quotation of 40KAED to replace the gear box.I request a quotation from another garage and now my car is completely fixed for 4,500 AED.Crazy, isn’t it ? Are they thefts ? Are they fools? No simply want to make always more money on their consumer.. bravo Nissan Car service center team’s !Never again.

This service centre is much better in processing than compared to Abu Dhabi service centre. Also offering discounts when buying multiple services. Car cleaning after service is good but not perfect. There is a taxi coupon worth AED14 to help get you home. When you go for collection, remember the first thing to do is get your token using the kiosk.

They are going from worst to worst, Increasing the service prices ,trying to tell you defects which don’t exist to charge you even more .There service isn’t organized at all from dropping until pickup .It took me 30mins to drop my car and to pickup my car took almost 45mins just for a minor service.And they told me my car needs wheel alignment when it was completely fine and i said ok which costed me more to pay and when I drive now the car veers to the right significantly.I complained and they told me drop the car again,Its so frustrating creating a problem from nothing costing me time and expense just because there lack of professionalism.Buy toyota or even a Chinese car you will get a better service and deal too.

I am using Q50 2000cc 2015 model actually i was planning not to service anymore at agency but after dealing with mr sameh he gave me very attractive service package also he supported me to replace some parts under warranty as special case .. thank you for your great service team

Renault service center.Poor customers service.Asking for replacing parts or doing additional work without proper or prior checking for the car. Just for extra charge.Getting really surprised when knowing that the customer knew the condition of the car before giving to them.

Authorized dealer of Nissan, Infiniti and Renault vehicles in the region. Location is a little tricky, but services provided are excellent and up to the reputation. Staff are well trained and nice in general. What I think is the best thing I encountered was the ease to get to the senior staff and management if you had any issues with your services.

Expensive, example, car headlight bulb busted, they charge 120 dhs for replacement, i teplaced the bulb myself and bought the bulb for 15 dhs
