My car was overheating. Someone recommended them to me .After inspection they fixed a fan . And after “testing “ as they call it , they call me to collect the car, assuring me that this was the only reason for overheating. On the next day temperature went up again and the radiator bursted . Not a professional service in my opinion, lack of experience with the most common problem in the hot season . They don’t even have a checklist , allowing them to rule out possible reasons . Unbelievable! Stay away !

Ive been going to Capital Auto for a few years and the service is always extremely professional and timely, the admin team is excellent at keeping in touch and communicating the issues and quotations in advance and Ive never had to go back to request a fix for the same problem. During the last service, the manager was kind enough to take personal interest in assisting my overheating case and on top of fixing the problem at hand, resolved a series of small issues around the car. Had some troubles with PDK clutch on Porsche Boxter S. The car started shifting gears in strange manner, engine sound was totally different, lost the acceleration / power in some way.. Thought I would hv to replace the whole clutch system, which cost around us$25k, but, having run the diagnostics, the guys at Capital Auto advised there was nothing to worry about. As per their info this must have happened due to aggressive driving, constant immediate changes fm acceleration to breaking and vice versa, etc..(and they are damn right)). The PDK just went mad. The PDK was reset and recalibrated. Apart from clutch they did good cosmetic job, having removed old front protective coating and polished the body. And the car is brand new, though is 981 :) Thumbs up! They know the onions! Suggest to try them, you wont be disappointed.

10/10 Excellent .... I have 2 x Discovery series 2 which Capital Auto have looked after for the last 10 years. Their Quality work includes, mechanical, RTA test, metal bumper fabrication (excellent) and spray painting. This is Dubai problems occur, but if there is a problem, they always take the car back and resolve, great follow-up. Their effort for source used parts or market parts to keep bills down is very helpful. With the recent arrival of Manager Mr Ajith the attention to detail before the car leaves the shop is now excellent Good solid workmanship & now attention to detail. They have my support 100%. Recievd Good Suggestions for my car.

The worst garage ever !!!! Do not go there !!!!! I went there for a coolant leakage the told me I have to change the whole water pump and axle boot ! They charged me for an original water pump when I discovered later they put an after market one and I went to renew my license and I have been told I have a leakage in the axle boot. So I went to check again with them they told me there is no leakage so I checked in another garage they told me there is a big leakage and that this axle boot was never repaired!!!! I paid a fortune and at the end half was not even repaired. They also charged me for coolant and they put water !!!! Do not go there !!!!! They will steal your money and ruin your car !!!

I didnt get any pick and drop second quotation is very high even for small problems third they are getting 5 stars because offering something free as mentioned on their customer desk that give us 5 star on google and next time this thing is free. Not satisfied at all. Giving two stars for mechanics only otherwise service is not gud at all.

After using authorized dealer service for many years, I got sick and tired of their poor customer service and inflexible service times, especially when you consider the inflated pricing they charge..After careful research a couple of years ago, I came across Capital Auto and have never looked back..Their customer service and knowledge (of premium German cars) is excellent - truly recommend them to anyone considering a change from authorized dealers..They maybe slightly more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for in this world and I wouldnt trust anyone else to service mine or my wifes car..Keep up the good work boys :)

I would actually give them 5 stars on service and 2 stars on their charges. Their service is great, they know what they are doing and once fixed you will never come back for the same issue. HOWEVER, their charges are stiff and not flexible at all. From my experience, it does not matter if you are a new or a repeat customer they will not entertain any discount on their stiff charges.

I brought my car for inspections, as per the service advisor there were a list of items that have to be repaired/replaced, I agreed and requested him to get me a quotation and prepare the items so I can drop the car to do the jobHe completely ignored me afterwards, I called him more than 5 times to follow up and couldnt get to him, left him messages with his colleagues but he never replied.It seems like this garage is not interested in doing business. It was a very disrespectful behavior. will go else where

Praveen and his team were great. They replaced the brake pads and discs on my Land Rover at less than half the cost of another quote I had (and using Land Rover approved parts). The car was ready really quick and they were very honest and helpful with the advice regarding the general condition of the car. This is my new regular garage in Dubai

Sadly became unreliable after a change in management, quoted over 3000dhs to fix black smoke coming from my defender90, turns out this is normal after a tune. Waste of time and effort, much better garages in al quoz.

This is the worst work shop in uae.. They are completely useless and knows nothing about cars.. If you want to destroy you car then take it to them.. I am not talking about a one car experience.. I am talking about a couple of cars ans as well a couple of ppl that had the same problem with them.. I thing we should report this to dubai government and we should not keep quiet about..I gave a working car and they damaged it and charged me for the damages as well..Do not take your car to this work shop even if its something small. They will not be able to fix it and they will tell you a different story.Actually what I discovered is that you go for a simple thing and they come up with different things so they can charge you more.. I am sure that they damage other things intentionally so that they can make you pay more..

As a pre-owned VW owner, Capital Auto Repairing has provided me with an excellent alternative to the dealership for major and minor service, as well as stocking parts that would otherwise need to be ordered. Theyre quick, friendly, and very attentive, (as well as close, when compared to where the VW service center is) which is the key advantage for me here. Price wise, they are reasonable, but there isnt a significant cost saving. All in all, worth it, considering the pros and cons to each customer.

Very slow, they took 3days to do Inspection report / quotation , the quotation was very high, and the inspection was wrong, they told me they have to replace the 2 seat belts to fix the airbag warning light in the dashboard , When I didn’t agree, they insist to charge me 250 dirhams for that inspection . I went to other auto shop they inspected the car in 5 min they found the socket under the seat was disconnected , and they fixed it for free!

I did not work until I shipped the battery again. I took the car to the mechanic and confirmed that the problem was with the battery. I called this shop several times because the battery I went to the shop based on Google Maps and when I arrived they checked the battery and said it was good and refused to change it until I leave the car with a full day to check it and refused, of course because I did not trustBecause the bad faith is clear, and I still have the problem with them and I advise nobody to deal with them at all, attach the picture of the bill.If i can put 0 star i do, today morning my car didnt start till i charged the batttery, i take around for 30 minutes then i switched the off for 10 minutes, the didnt work again until i charged the battery, i take the to my techinician in Sharjah he said it is a battery problem, the battery is under warranty since i buy it from this shop (Capital auto ....) in September 2018, i called the shop and they promise to send the new location map ( they move) but they didnt send the map even after several tries, the i went there counting on Google maps, they said the battery is good, they refused to replace it without i leave the car 1 day to check it (i told them i live in Sharjah which is far around 30 km), i refused because i feel that they dont have a good intention, i am still stuck in the problem and i dont advise anyone to deal with these people,You find attached a copy of the invoice.
