I have been taking my car there for a while. The car was vibrating when driving above 100 so I reported it various times to the staff, when taking it for service. They never really bothered looking at it. Once they told me that it was due to the car not driving enough…. Anyway, I took it recently to another garage, and they did exactly what had to be done, alignment, balancing and tyre changing. Everything is fine now so I guess I will take my business elsewhere

Good customer service, got my 200k service done from there. Not too busy, customers are treated nicely over there.

Parts dept staff are extremely rude

Quiet place most of the time. They are the second option if you dont get service booking at Sheikh Zayed Road workshop.Pros: Less crowded and nice place. Good staff.Cons: It is in a deserted place, hence you will be stuck here if you are here for a service that takes longer time. You need to have a Careem or Uber to book a ride to a nearby Mall or Metro. Because taxi is not regularly found in this place.Hope the information helps.

Very bad serviceNo responseI gave my car for service and repair al most 20 days already.but until now I didn’t get my car back I have to get rent car past 20 days. If you call their customer service always they will say we will get back you to as soon as possible but nothing happening very very bad service I will not recommend to any one this company brand.They need to improve the customer service.

Amazing center with brilliant customer service. The counter staff is so kind and helpful and very professional. I have not had any issues with the service and the one time I did they were so helpful in resolving it. They offer to drop you off if you are close by whenever the driver is available. Really an example to other service companies!

Visited DIP branch. Gud organized workshop. Nice and polite staff. Very good experience. Negative is - you have to arrange ur own transport after dropping your car for service.

Good place body repairing for Mitsubishi vehicles

I spent one of remarkable experience with these guys. Vehicle was in accident and insurance sent to this branch. After 2 weeks and ended up with unbelievable level of quality of work. They have decided without even to discuss with me that they will repair damaged parts and not to replace, so i have seen a poor level of rubish quality..and when confronted they cliam insurance enforcement..which is not logic..i am adding a picture of part they have made some welding and how it pathedic looks like

Unfortunately I had an accident and had to deliver the car for their repair. It took about a month to repair the car. But the bad part here is how they kept ignoring my follow up calls. They always promise we will call you back and they never did. I had to call them using different numbers to reach them.The worst part, after confirming they finished the car and I can collect it, I found the car without the driver seatbelt!!! I wonder how the quality inspector missed that before declaring the car ready for collection.The car also had to be serviced.They did not record the service in the booklet.I give the second star only because their overall repair quality is good.

Looks organised, friendly staff, but work is pathetic-i put my pajero 2013 for starting trouble, they said its sensor issue and said major service was also due i agreed to shell out 8k for the job and just to realse that after 2 days vehicle showed the same complaint, anyways they have agreed to inspect the vehicle and took the vehicle in their own recovery

I have brought my 2014 Mitsubishi Pajero for the 15,000 km service ti DIP service center and the person attending me gave me back the car after service(??? only oil change and oil filter) but wrote nothing in the cars booklet. We need to record all services done to the car, hence being provided with the service record book. Upon request for him to register the service, he put a stamp for severe usage for whatever reason, where the car is almost brand new. Was he upset that i asked him to do his job?? further more after i left the service centre i have noticed that my ashtray was gone. I really dont know why would they be so careless and forget to put back the ashtray. This is my first experience with Mitsubishi services and i must say i am shocked of how poor the services are. way to go...
