I have BMW 135. 3.0 Turbo engine.I went for the HHO service , and in advance I informed them regarding my cars engine model and type, and they confirmed that is doable.I was there today; and after 15 minutes of a very hard work from the technischen trying to figure out where is the air suction pipe, I decided not to proceed with the process coz obviously they didnt know how to make it happen with this engine. And I was worried to harm my car.The pipe tool that was used was damaged and wrapped with a masking tape! and obviously there was an air leak due to this pipe damage.In short, i definitely dont recommend to do this process if u have a sofisticated engine that u care for. Adding to that, the workshop seems to be more specialised in Diesel engines and parts repair rather than a real Cars garage. They barely have a space for 1 car.Most probably they bought this HHO machine to generate some extra profit.I dont judge them as a company coz Maybe they are a good workshop when it comes to fixing parts and Diesel engines, but for such car service definitely it is not one of their speciality and better to stick with what ur good at.This is areply to your reply.Its such a share that you fabricate a story to cover ur mistake, you have mentioned in ur reply that the technischen try to convenience me to open the engine cover and thats not true at all, he was all over the engine and removed the air filter and tried to unplug one hose that has nothing to do, and that when I stopped him and called Abdul who said that Jimmy is trying to find out where is the air intake. And I let him Continue till I noticed that things are getting really bad and I cant just ignore the level confusion ur guy had.Also u mentioned that the tool was brand new, and that is a big twist, I should have made a photo and posted it to show everyone the masking tape wrapped over the pipe and how ur guy was trying to use tissue to close the air Leake on the cover of the tool he used. And the lady who I was in touch with and Abdul saw it and got embarrassed and couldnt say a word!!. You have the right to express ur point of view but to twist the truth that is not acceptable and u made things even worse. I will make sure to contact the owners of the company and explain for them the level of transparency who wrote this reply has.
