I was dealing with Mr. Sachin when I brought my car for repair. While in the waiting hall and while he was servicing another client , he came forward to deal with me while the other client was waiting for their car delivery. I did appreciate that. Was quick, did not wait more than 10 min. Understood what needs to be done and when the car was ready he waited for me till late work hour after 6:30PM for me to come pick it up. overall great service and proactive.

It started off abit rocky not going to lie but on the end I am well impressed and really happy with the quality of the work. My car feels brand new and Im honestly happy with the service. Thanks Sarun, I really appreciate the extra work you and your team have done on my car. Thanks a million ;)

Smart Auto Care did a good job. Customer Service was okay...they are certainly a busy operation. Wait times were decent. Practiced good sanitization procedures. Were not as detailed in cleaning the inside of the car as they could have been. Looked like it had been through a marl pit

I had a bad experience with this garageI took my car for repair through insurance they kept my car for a weekThen they said cant find the partsI kept on chasing them for 3 days they said they found the parts and they are going replace it..After 2 weeks i notice that they didnt change my car part(rim) they just repair it very unprofessionallyI will recommend not to deal with themI m really disappointedEspecially with mr talha and sarun.

They spoiled the light sensor of my CX5 while changing the front light. Be aware of their electrical and mechanical ability.Updated today 23/9/2020- the headlight they replaced is not of my car model. When I asked Mazda to check it they are telling , Smart garage fixed wrong model light.The sales man is not taking my call, waiting for other surprises.

One of the worst mechanical team, customer care team is Good, really appreciatedWent in with an insurance claim to my car back side repair, after 5 days I went to pick my car they didn’t not change my damaged back side lights , I told them within 10 minutes they change after that I saw one gap , same told and they clear it , this was all evening next day I saw my car side windows too much scratch , I think this happened during the time of car wash and body also has some scratch, again I saw one gap also back side of back tyre and one parts is missing under back sideMe am thinking your mechanical team doing some side business with other parties against car parts . Am requesting to management to be more alert for customer vehicle care.

I was sent to Smart Auto by AXA insurance for car repair and Smart Auto did a fantastic job. Great professionalism shown by Sachin from the time the car was taken in to the time of delivery. I am quite pleased with the repair to the body work.

One of the worst experiences.Went in with an insurance claim to fix the headlight Whos glass alone was broken and Ac that had a gas leak.Delivery of car was promised in one week.After millions of attempts and mostly unanswered follow ups the car was delivered after 45 days.Not only was the light not working when I went there but also the focus motor and they told me its not their mistake. The focus motor lights and indicators were all working even after the accident.On my way back home the Ac stopped working.Have send an email to the insurance company not sure if I would have any positive response.

Delayed delivery of service and not communicating properly to the customer.I sent Pajero car no 32431 for glass change only and the car stayed in this garage for more than 1 week and did not start the job yet.Keep calling them about the status and lying about the current status.

Quiet place, decent repair work on my GMC. Hassle free dealing with insurance company - they took care of all required paperwork and approvals.Since this is not the dealership for non-Swaidan brands, the repair process takes time.

Further to a rear ending on my Jaguar XF, my insurance (AXA) sent me to this worshop.On monday, after 15 days with them, the Smart Auto Care team called me to pick-up my vehicle.Upon inspection I noticed the following:- The rear bumper still had a dent so I reported to the service advisor- The trunk cover/door is wavy (not straight) and paint job was not done properly- There is a nick on the left hand rear fenderBut the worst is the dashboard lining that is now dis-bonded because the Smart Auto Care team left my car outside in the sun for more than 10 days without any kind of protection whether it is a car cover or at least a windshield shading.At first, the service advisor didnt want to take responsibility saying that they dont have space to park cars inside, my car wasnt new anyway and its the suns fault, not theirs!After we got into an argument he went to check the pictures he took when I dropped the car and realized that the dashboard was in perfect condition when I handed it over to them.So I told them Im not accepting the car until everything is in perfect condition which you would expect from a professional workshop! A repair, if done properly, should not be noticeable.He agreed on that and I left (with taxi again).You can imagine how upset I was.Today they asked if they could dismantle the dashboard to be able to fix it, so I agreed in the only condition that they are sure about it, otherwise they should bring it to a Jaguar workshop just not to risk causing even more damage. To be honest when I see the body repair they have done, Im pretty scared about the result. NOTHING was done properly.So I would not recommend selecting this one at all! They park cars outside for days (Hello its summer in Dubai) which when left in the sun can reach more than 100 degrees celsius (you know burn feeling when you fist touch the steering wheel)....Will update the review once I get my car back.Meantime, Im enjoying taxi rides at my own cost!Update 24-JUL-19:Got my car back last week, after more than 30 days with them.Body job is now OK but the dashboard repair failed after just one day.They dont want to take responsibility of course so Im screwed....Insurance (AXA) doesnt care. Moved to another one.So I confirm you should AVOID that workshop at all costs if you care about your vehicle.I wouldnt also buy any new car from them, I saw brand new Peugeot 508s parked outside since 30 days... I wouldnt like to be the customer taking delivery of those!
