IT WAS A NIGHTMARE AND A CURSED TO DEAL WITH THIS CAR SERVICES CAR CONTROL. MY CAR WAS STUCK IN THEIR GARAGE FOR 2 MONTHS CIRCULATING A SIMPLE ISSUE OF MY CAR. A SIMPLE CAR THAT DOESNT REQUIRE MUCH EFFORT BUT FOR THEM IT TAKES FOREVER TO DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR. INITIALLY WAS TEMPERATURE GAUGE FAILURE AND IT TOOK 1 WEEK. AFTER A DAY USING MY CAR FAILURE ARRISED AGAIN. SO ANOTHER WEEK THEY KEPT MY CAR FOR NOTHING. ECU NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED... COMPUTERIZED... UNTIL IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED WHEREIN THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE. THEIR UNPROFESSIONAL MECHANIC WHO REPAIRED MY CAR LITERALLY BROKE MY ECU AND I ENDED UP TAKING MY CAR TO OTHER GARAGE, REPLACED AND PAY A LOT FOR MY ECU AND IN 3 DAYS OTHER GARAGE WHERE I TOOK MY CAR REPAIRED IT WITHOUT HASSLE CAUSED ON ME. PLEASE FOR EVERYONE WHO WILL FAIL THEIR CAR IN VEHICLE TESTING BETTER TO TAKE IT TO OTHER GARAGE AND DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS CAR CONTROL AS THEY WILL RIPPED YOU OFF AND RUINED YOUR ENTIRE CAR SYSTEM.

Hi, I would like share my unsatisfied customer service with your garage. I chatted with Car Control on August 18th and they mentioned it’s gonna be AED 180 as an offer price (car inspection and car wash included to offer) for my 6 cylinder car. However they charged me 220 plus they did not send me mechanical inspection even when I reminded them by phone call later. Plus they did not communicate with each other at work so I just waited 30 minutes only for just to start the work. Because the mechanic did not get the ticket to start (job order) I was wondering why my car is just left unattended and engine was turn on actually. I requested the receptionist to double check with my car procedure for oil change, after they call someone to start the work.Please deliver my feedback to the staff and it’s good if they learn on their mistakes as we all do in this life.Thanks

Based on the service I received from one of the sales guy, it was very disappointing.i came to change break pads and the guy kept on pushing me to buy new disc for my car of which one of the guys who serviced my car told me I didnt need new disc, he was disappointed that I didnt take his offer to buy the disc.the worst part comes on billing, he wanted e to pay 600 and I told him no way changing break pads would cost that much, he then went down to 500aed and I told him I have a quotation from another garage for 450 aed for new pads and disc skimming, he then said I will pay 400aed last priced asked for a breakdown on the bill so I can see what I was being charged for and he said its 400 all in total avoiding my request, when I went to pay the guy at the counter charged me 420aed and I asked him for a detailed bill and he told me speak to your sales assistant who was reluctant to explain to me, they just put break pads and no skimming was done on my disc.very unprofessional and to think he wanted to charge me 1200aed to fix my car ache just looked at me and my car then he started making up these prices.will be taking my business somewhere else.

I dropped off my car in mid-December for a chassis repair, wasted my money and time. The car was left for two months, the engine removed from the car was left in an unprotected place, the repairs were poorly done on the chassis not straight. I had to go through checks three times, pay tow trucks and test them each time, I had to pay additional insurance because my papers could not be done on time due to the lack of professionalism of the boss who doesnt check anything and just wants money by announcing a price and then calls you thieves because he miraculously increased his price.The first time after the so-called repairsI get my extremely dirty car, telling me its okay, its ready. With the bumper not reattached, the wheel turn torn off and the ABS warning light on as well as the engine oil ....So I ask why and there they send me three workers to take my car.So I looked and one of the people was telling me that I had to change the ABS they wanted to charge me for something they broke.So I am not happy and show them that my abs before had no problems because I had photos and video of my dashboard.So they had no choice but to understand that the problem was with them.So I then waited two weeks for the ABS to be changed and my fan broke.I come back after two weeks to pick up my car I take it to Tasjeel in Sharjah and there the drama I have the bumper removed for the test to check the chassis I see the front of the chassis cut torn and not even straight or even.I wait more than 5 hours in tasjeel and the car failed AGAIN.I go back to car control and I am told that no it is not possible that they have worked well while no nothing has been done properly or correctly.I tell them that I can no longer stand the wait that everything has been paid for almost two months, that I am without a car, that the chassis is scandalous.And there several men come because they try to find solutions. But there is no solution except to redo everything !!So after more than 2 months I get my car back last week they give me back the keys everything is ready after long months of waiting and NO EXCUSES FROM THE BOSS, NOR CALL I should have lodged a complaint against this garage and their way of make.When until the day when I come to look for another car which had been there for weeks also for detailing ect ..And there I had the fear of my life, the threats, the intimidation because I was alone, the closing of the gate so that I wouldnt go out.This is the procedure of this boss who allows himself to take his clients hostage because he has problems with his employees and poorly organized accounting.He sends me all his employees to question me, to accuse me. On the pretext that I paid his employee and not him. But thats not my problem THEIR problems.This person is haughty, does not check anything. He entrusts the task to his employees and I found myself in a situation where he blocked me another car not wanting to return it to me on the pretext that I had not paid and calling me a thief!Another man so surely from the management threatened me if I put one foot back on car control or if I brought another car that it would endwrong. This is how we talk to a woman and how we act.This gentleman has played the big arms with another and it is put to me to close the garage doors bad behavior intimidation. I had to call the police because he threatened to never get another car from the detailing because the employee who collected the money apparently did not give this money to the company. How is this my problem. I had an invoice for 3400 aed and this gentleman invented an invoice for me for more than 9000 aed because he added ABS to me while my car had no ABS problem just the twisted chassis of 3 cm.

A place to change the car oil, which is an approved place, but the plastic cover of the machine was broken, I highly recommend it, but check the repair site after getting out of there
