To start with. Mohammed responsible for cash handling has very poor customer dealing capabilities. A person handling cash shouldnt be the one finalizing a deal done on quotation basis.The repair guy gave me a price which we both agreed to. I paid deposit and on the day of collection, Mohammed out of the blue raised the price at the end and left the room while talking to me.I would not like to go to a place that doesnt value their word with the customer or even respect them.

One of the worst person to deal with is the person Mr. Muhammed. Doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. Deals with customer in the most arrogant way as possible. Don’t even know the meaning of being professional. Very arrogant. Very rude, doesn’t know how to speak to people. Gives a specific quotation before giving the car and after the work is done Mr. Muhammed increases the quotation value, and when you try to ask him why he increased the quotation, he speaks very arrogantly and walks away from the customers not even willing to speak to them and tells nothing can be done. Never going here again. One of my worst experiences dealing with garages ever. If you don’t wanna get scammed, please DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

I had a very bad experience with R4, they quote a price and then they charge extra when the job is done. Not professional and the behavior of Mohammad is very rude. Not recommended!

The car look clean on the first day but after few months it will fade especially in dark cars.Extremely not recommended......
