THE SERVICE IS VERY BAD.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY BAD.THE TECHNICIAN TOOK THE WASHING AND AFTER 9 DAYS THEY WILL INFORM YOU ON THE PARTS THAT NEEDS TO REPLACE.BUT BEFORE THAT I CALLED AND FOLLOWED UP ON THE UPDATE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID, SOMEONE WILL CALL ME ON THE SAME DAY BUT NO ONE WILL CALL YOU. THEY WILL LET YOU WAIT THE WHOLE DAY FOR NOTHING.THE FOLLOWING DAY I RECEIVED A CALL. TODAY- I RECEIVED A CALL SAYING THERE ARE PARTS THAT NEEDS TO CHANGE AND THEY WILL SERVICE IT FOR 850AED PLUS TAX. WHICH WE AGREE.I CALLED THE AGAIN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO COMPLAIN BUT AS PER THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I SPOKE WITH , NAMED AHMED HE CANNOT FIND ANY RECORD?????ALMOST TWO WEEKS THERES NO WASHING MACHINE AND AFTER 9 DAYS YOU WILL RECEIVE AN UPDATE! AND THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH INFORMED THAT AFTER TODAY THEY CAN ONLY DELIVER IT ON SUNDAY?

So bad that a customer drove over 40km to come to LG HEAD OFFICE IN DUBAI after trying several times of call.With all that the customer decided came to LG HEAD OFFICE IN DUBAI, unfortunately that sign board was there saying pls call the staff you have an appointment with.Does that mean only existing customers are welcomed?Is that why some of the calls are not responded cause they are unknown numbers?What will your decision if you were willing to make a purchase of around $60000.00 from LG and they did this to you?I am telling you, LG...... I dont know how to say but their destributors are same, live chat is same, but they tell you their distributor or office will contact you, but after first call you might be in the line for weeks before even who you are talking to exactly.The LG I came across today is the employer of the people I was talking to for the last 3 weeks.THANK YOU LG DUBAI

I called to fix my laundry machine, they were very professional in handling the call and in taking my details.The team came on the exact timings which were provided to me over the phone.Technicians diagnosed it and fixed, they knows what to do exactly. On the other hand the charges were very reasonable.I am happy with the service.Thank you.

Our 5 year old LG Fridges compressor just stopped working out of the blue. Fridges work for 10 to 14 years. I called the help centre they told me a technician will come in TWO DAYS. I have a baby at home whose milk is getting spoiled. If this was a TV repair 2 days i can live with it but for Refrigerator its a no no from me. I told the call centre my situation. Now only God knows when the technician will come and how much food will go to waste. Bad service.

Very bad customer service.I have brought 43”LG TV from carrefour tree months back. After tree the smart remote battery is drying. In one month I have changed four times and still not working.

I bought LG washing machine because they “supposedly” have the best after service in the UAE. I had many issues with the expensive 10,000aed machine - and every time it took days to get any technician - this time around after 5 days of filing a request to replace the rubber - no one came - only told lies over lies - and in the meanwhile I have to spend 100s on laundry bills to have kids clothes ready for next week !Very unreliable , liars and worst quality products when it comes to home appliances

Very bad service or no service at all i bought twin washing machine 21 kg it worked only 9 month now 2 month im calling them and sharaf who sold me the washing machine with extended warranty but both sharaf and lg refused to fix it , they dont give after sale service with normal or extended warranty

Worst customer service. Products are good, but we need to pray it does not get issue. Very badly managed customer service centre. Called 2 times today with promise of call back, but no response. No response on their whatsapp either.

LG products are in high quality.. but for a small defect in my washing machine i call alyousuf service center and they sent me a guy from a small shop as a third party technician.. he did the job and major defects start to appear. I checked the machine and found that most of the screws are missing (see the pics).

Yes we finally got a new #Samsung Washing Machine Samsung ElectronicsWant to deal with a company AJM KOOHEJI GROUP B.S.C (C) that disrespected its client in every opportunity possible, read on, Like and Re share!!Recap, After LG has failed to diagnose their washing machine properly the first time which caused a delay of over 1.5 months to get 1 part from Dubai, that is a 10 hour drive by car from Bahrain. LG discontinued building parts for this Flagship Washing Machine after 7 years since I purchased it today, Ironically the 10 year Motor Guarantee is useless without the broken motherboard, Proofs that LG that doesnt support its products till its expected life time. Having paid a down payment for ordering the parts, I had to go and request a refund, because AJM KOOHEJI GROUP B.S.C (C) wasnt interested to even refund my money immediately, no I had to go and request for it. The accountant accepted to transfer the money through Benefit pay, he needed 3 days to process an amount of 9BHD #LOL He calls to inform us that the money is ready for collection, Proofs LG is not tech ready to transfer money online. No after sales service. No English so very difficult to understand the technicians and the problem in a 3yr old fridge is not fixed. Forced to buy a new one since for 2 months now without continuous fridge working. LG seems to try to avoid fixing their problems and you get caught in a nightmare of situation, paying for visits and no solution found. I am sure this was not LGs intention...but not doing anything about it.

0 for the customer service.Its been 2 weeks without any hope to fix the TV that still under warranty, and I just bought it 2 months back.Lack of experience and support, Ahmed Samir, the call center manager, lack of customer service. They want me to pay AED2400 for an internal damage that was caused by the factory! Confirmed by Qludeen, the other customer experience team leax.There is no single scratche on the screen from my side. Such a disappointment experience with LG.Will stop buy from them and advice everyone the same.

Service Report : SR.NO140517Very surprising that the cost of my TV screen will be higher than the a brand new TV and it is less than 5 years old.i have never seen nor experienced such unprofessional response and service supposedly from a well reputed company like LG .I called LG call center in Dubai to get immediate action to solve the problem on my TV , the technician came to my place and advised that Unit with W/B spots - Lens fall - Internal light bulb to be changed and the cost will be between AED 400 and AED 1000 and this repair should be carried out in service center and Minimum amount of AED 130 was paid upfront as AL SAYEGH BROTHERS Policy.After couple of days , i received a phone call from service center stating that apparently i have to pay AED 4,800 ( Four Thousand Eight Hundred Dirham) to change the TV screen which indeed does not make any sense nor unjustifiable .Also i was told they will try to find the spare parts to repair the TV within the cost of AED 1000 as quoted. they suggested to return the TV back while they were doing the research for the parts.The funny part , when the TV was delivered back to me it came worst than before , there were 12 white spots and now became more than 25 spots and the awkward part i received an SMS message stating ((your Prodcuct has been repaired)).In conclusion, having paid AED 7000 for the TV almost four and half years ago , there is no one in their good mind will pay AED 4,800 for the repair work .i strongly believe that there is a manufacturing defect in the TV, although LG name being internationally worldwide should attend to matter more professionally rather than tackle the matter as stated above.

Customer care:I bought LG Inverter Direct Drive Washing machine F1292QDP25 in Dubai and shipped it to India. It hardly worked about 50 hrs and started malfunctioning. The Service Mechanic at Kannur in Kerala made a house call on my request but he could not repair it as the Control Panel Board was damaged . He said (1) it could not be replaced under warranty and (2) the parts not available in India. I asked him to order it and talked to the Local Service Manager as the parts was not made available even after a month. As your Service Center in Kannur Area could not give me any assurance on the availability of the part I tried thru your Dubai Distributor - Al Yusuf Electronics but, they also has no stock. They could bring the part from LG if I was willing to pay the price - DH.670. They said if the machine was in U.A.E they could get it inspected and provide the parts under warranty.I understand that the product had a worldwide Warranty and hence the machine must be repaired free of cost. Please do the needful.Regards

Very recently bought an LG G5 and within 3 months of usage the cable got a crack. I had used many other LG phones including G & G2 ,never expected and experience this kind of cheap quality from LG. All other phones i bought from US and this is the first phone I bought from UAE and now I regret. With very careful use I was suprised to see a crack in the cable. I still have the old G2 cable which is working phone but this new Type-C cables are of very inferior quality,dont know how much LG is going to save from this. Phone is having very high battery drain and battery status is showing Phone Idle as the most used. If the flag ship device fails like this ,cant imagine about other models.Expected good quality product from LG and very very disappointed now.
