Noone picks up phone on the main helpline number which is mentioned here. Eventually my phone call was answered the next day and I was told to visit the service centre. The visit was quick and pleasant and my problem was solved without wasting any time.

I bought a Tefal manual Chopper which broke before 6 months of use. When I got to the service center once before for another reason, I understood that the Tefal manual chopper that say 10 years guarantee, actually has no spare parts available. So what’s the purpose of the guarantee?

I agree with some of the reviews already noted. First of all the location is really odd for a consumer electronic service centre. This is located far away from most of the central locations. Im sure most of the consumers will have to travel atleast 35 to 40kms (30 minutes) to reach this destination. For a consumer electronic service center this is odd and shows how insensitive the management is to its customers and after sales service. Second you will have to try a million times before somebody will attend the phone, that is if you are lucky. I also doubt whether their toll free is still a working number. Third, the staff is not friendly too...they talk and act as if they are doing a favour to the customers. The tone and body language is disgusting. I will never buy Moulinex, Tefal or any other brands that these insensitive dealers in uae manages and services. I also suggest all of you to reconsider these brands, remember even to claim warranty you may have to visit here, so better look out for other brands that has better after sales strategy.

1st the location is very odd, after you reach there, the ladys attitude will literally burn you away. She donot know how to welcome their customer not at all. The contact number you need to ring 100 times and than if you are lucky enough she will attend your call and tell you that she will call you back but nerver expect any call back from her for sure. worst customer service👎

No one answers the phone I do not.know how this is a service center and no one answers clients especially that the location is in the middle of the desert

I was there on 20 July 2019 and I had the best service I would request, from the warm welcoming and smiley faces, advices and fixing the device at the same time. Really it was extraordinary service, all the best to the staff and management. Many thanks to Mr. Ravi the technician.

I had a very bad experience. So i prefer to give ZERO STARS, but since I cannot giving one here.I had given one ironing steamer for repair. The receptionist ( the only staff) informed that she will come back with the estimate within 3 days. But, for almost 2 weeks there were no phone calls.And finally when I called (luckily she answered my call), the representative told, she will come back with estimate in 10 minutes - but never came back again.Then again in the evening I called her again , then she put my call on hold for 10 minutes..and finally gave an estimate which is almost the price of the new machine..I have decided not to go with the Tefal products anymore.CUSTOMERS STAY WITH PRODUCTS WHOSE AFTER SALE SERVICE / REPAIR CONCERNS are well addressed. Not with people act to be busy and who are really not.TEFAL ----- time to change your service centre.

I had a SEB pressure cooker 8 ltrs, i have been using this since last 30years and still I do not want to switch to any other brand, I am going back to India for good so thought of changing the gasket and the knob and yesterday my husband went to Client Concept service center for repair. he was very happy and impressed about the service of the reception and the technician. Very friendly and supportive. Thanks.

I had excellent experience with the service center. Thanks to Ravi the technician, my Tefal steam iron machine was fixed in no time and I only had to wait for short time until he did a full maintenance and replacement of the steaming part.I recommend thier service

I bring tefal steam iron for service I just want to share my experience. It was really great and awesome experience with the service and I am really happy beacuse the people was very helpful and polite, especially the receptionist she was very commendable despite of her stressful job she still manage to be very nice and helpful to customer.
