One of the worst consumer service companies in a highly competitive industry of home appliances. I bought a Bosch gas cooker & later a dishwasher & it was an absolute nightmare dealing with them. They just never answer the phone. If it were not for the Bosch agency they would have closed down. Bosch should change their distributor or they risk losing their brand value.

We bought Bosch dishwasher and it still is under warranty. Within 2 months of purchase it developed a snag and we booked a complaint through Homewide. It took almost a month for the part to arrive. Took us innumerable calls to get this rectified. Once the part was replaced, within a day the machine did not drain water. After using it, one could see water accumulated at the base. So the real ordeal started now, after innumerable calls again, the service engineer visited, tried to just kinda try his skill at fixing it, but nothing worked. He then suggested a pull-out of the dishwasher and after further innumerable calls someone from the company came to pick up the dishwasher. So it has been almost a month, since the pull out was done, I still am awaiting what happened to my machine ? Everyday I call their customer service number and the process is the same. They put me on hold to check the status. Sometimes they change the person who talks, other times I am told the engineer will call me in an hour. My patience now has worn off. I am cursing myself for purchasing a Bosch dishwasher. Do you do this to all your customers ? I will definitely be putting it all over the social media. You are cheating customers.

I dont even want to give a single point to this center, but google doesnt let to post if there is no rating. One of the most irresponsible service centers. They donot respond to calls or messages after a complaint is registered. And if they do, they just promise a call back and that never will happen. I am surprised that companies like Bosch @boschglobal have given them a contract for service.

They don’t even deserve a star, worst customer service ever, they never reply and my dryer is not working for months now with nothing to do.Never buy a Bosch brand as their agent in UAE is irresponsible and they don’t meet the good after sale standards.

I had purchased all of my appliances from them for my apartment in 2010, luckily without any issues hence I never dealt with their customer service.Then back in 2019 I purchased all of my appliances again for my house -this time and that is when I started to realize what a mistake it was. The sales representative was helpful though (Harris) however calling their customer service was a different story as they are never available. They installed our built-in oven with some screws missing and it was not aligned. the Hob they didnt include the insulin (claiming it is responsibility of the Stone company. The fan was not connected properly and we had to make numerous calls to have it rectified. The built in fridges drawer got broken 6 months ago and we are still waiting for the service agent to come back with parts.I started replacing all Appliances (ovens, hood, etc.) with Siemens and would definitely stay away from Homewide.Product (Bosch) is great however service is terrible.

Complete waste of time, made a booking for washer and dryer service, the earliest time given by the company was after a week, and then nobody showed.When I called to check on the team nobody answered the phone, and I tried.. Completely irressposible and useless company. Dont waste your time with them. Luckily mine was not an emergency.

Terrible company, terrible team and service. They cant even make time to fulfil their obligation to fix the defected product, have been waiting for 3 days now for their call. 4049985 my ticket for washing machine replacement, they just dont care. I am goign to complain to consumer goods authorities about this company

Worst aftersale service ever. They never answer the phone or reply to the whatsapp messages. You will be left in the dark about when they are coming and when things will be fixed. Definitely never buying extended warranty from Carrefour ever again just so i dont need to deal with them in the future.

I bought Beko washing machine from carrefour and they provided me with homewide contact details for any service request required…I contacted homewide they redirected me to another contact center and then submitted service request 6 weeks ago however till now the service is still not doneThey never followed up with me … every time I call they inform me that they are waiting the spare partI wonder how come the approved dealer have no spare parts ready or can’t manage to have it ready so fast

They sent a technician to my apartment to see what the issues where. He took his notes and a few days later I received a quotation, but it was missing one major item that needed to be replaced. I asked them to add that in, and they told me to contact a different department (spare parts). I did and they asked me to tell them what the model number was. I sent in images of the items (shelves in a fridge) and told them their technician had come to see it. The agent, Mark, then told me their technician couldnt figure this out and stopped responding to my emails/calls.

Used them to service my Bosch appliance. Impossible to get a hold of anyone there - even their WhatsApp goes unanswered. All promises of timelines for repair proved false, and in the end I don’t believe they diagnosed the problem properly - just replaced a bunch stuff with overpriced parts. I did not get a good impression.

Worst company every to work with. Sold me an expensive Bosch washing machine for 3500 Dhs with the argument that it was a good quality build. The machine broke after 15 months light use (family of 3) and they charge me 1300 Dhs more for spare part components. On top of this, they take forever to respond! Weve been without functioning washing machine for 2 weeks now - thanks to Homewide. Still no solution. Im never ever going to use this company again - and I warn everyone else to use it as well.

They are not answering any calls. They don’t advertise anywhere their number or address. I took their number from Bosch Showroom in Umm Suqeim. Moreover their number on Google maps is wrong. New numbers are ‭+971 4 518 4263‬ or 65 but no one ever answers. I think this company is about to get bankrupt and SZR branch showroom has closed.Please somebody else take the service for Bosch!!! Shame on Bosch that they can allow this kind of service provider in UAE.

Worse Service. No one answers calls. I’ve been trying 600 522553 and the direct number provided by Sharaf DG. I got nowhere else to go with a broken Bosh blender. Worse distributor to represent a reputed BOSH brand.

Worst service ever.1.Items delivered late without confirmation of delivery time with the client . They just assume you will be there!2. Not all items were delivered some are still missing!3. No one answering calls.These are just a few of the issues with themI’m going to complain about this amateur “company” to consumer rights.I dunno why Bosch have these unprofessional amateur guys as their dealer!

Purchae Bosch fridge from carrefour and Very bad experience promise delivery time is 2 days but even within 4 days didn’t able to get inspite of many follow ups. So cancelled the order.
