Water heaters that should last 10 to 20 years crack after a few years. Bad quality. Our community has 100s of bust heaters from this company and their excuse is that they were not serviced , as if water heaters are a car of some sort. Heaters typically require minimal service and care and should last upto 10 years easily. This company just sells a bad product and they know it.

Ariston technician visited my house and reported a faulty unit which I purchased brand new from one of their distributors. Distributor insists to make a warranty claim via Ariston directly => good luck with that and the amount of waste of time and no feedback via email, receiving no replacement, paid for contractor fixing a faulty unit = wasting money...Ariston not responding and dont care that we have no warm water in the house for already more than 2x weeks because of their useless slow warranty claim process. The only good thing here in my experience was the technician took the time and also explained to me what is important in relation to the warranty they give. We had a 100 Pro 1 R 100 H model which comes with a 7x year warranty and lasted only 3.5x years and this is why =>Best Practice:1. water heater tank needs to be flushed yearly to drain sediments2. because the water is rather hard and with traces of salt in UAE it is required to exchange the Magnesium Anode (60Dhs spare part + cost replacing it) at least every two years => because if not done it is just a matter of time that any of their residential models will rust and leak through making a huge mess at the ceilings and house. If You ever had a busted boiler in your place u know what am talking about.After time the anode is literally completely covered in salt crystals and slowly eaten up by it introducing the leak sooner or later to the tank itself3. their warranty has conditions linked to it so forget about 5x years / 7x years warranty if You do not do step 2!4.Set the heating function to medium high is recommended cranking up to maximum heating will only reduce the lifetime of the water heater, same like keeping the heater running all the time.5. Never buy Water Heater from Amazon => let your contractor deal with everything as it will end up in a huge amount of waste of time if You every have the bad luck I had receiving a faulty unit

Product bought from Aqua building supplies on um sequem, they provided a 2 year old tank Unbeknown to me, voiding warranty from day one, Which I found out about by aristo. Service, who informs that unless anode is changed within two yeArs warranty is void. Servicemen very un professional laughing at my misfortune.

They will promise you warranty...but they will not give you warranty support... In my experience..they find some remarks...they will reject your warranty service request..so careful ...

Im really disappointed with the bad service they provided, there was no spare parts for my solar heater; I think that I should start using the solar heater from Rheem Premier, and stop using the solar heater from Ariston.Thank you👎🏼

Very poor material qouliaty and service

Unprofessional service at its best. Even a one star is too generous to describe their services. One technicien shows up without any tools or equipments. We could barely understand the so called techinician who goes by the name of Jamshid. My water heater is still under warranty & I wanted it checked as I had unidentified Water leaks from my kitchen ceiling. The technician was quick to point that the water leak was from the heater however the warranty wouldn’t cover it so he informed us he had to change the whole water heater for 750 aed! I actually bought my water heater for 450 aed. Few days later I discover that the water leak is from my ac unit & my water heater is working perfectly fine. I wonder how come a company like Ariston employs such unqualified people like that! A disgrace to the brand Ariston

Terrible washing machine. The computer crashed after a while from buying it. My friend happen to him same thing, every 5-6 months the computer crash and they ask AED1200 To fix, where the fault is from them. Also terrible service.
