One of the best place to live!I stayed here between 2013 and 2015. The community complimented the living. Place had given added feeling of security and privacy. UAE being pioneer in protecting and safe guarding its citizens, residents and tourist; this place had given extra safety and security during my tenure of lease.Being it all, it was mere to have a good choices of restaurant. At times had to travel enough to get mindful and tasty food.The toughest part of life at Skycourts was chiller charges which was really high and was major portion of monthly expenses.

6 x 25 floor residential building on a single car park podium. Common amenities like 2 swimming pools, kids play area are in between the buildings on podium level. Proximity to Dubai Al Ain Road, Emirates Road and Outlet Mall is the best.

AC bill is more than the rent, stay away better for you

Very affordable, clean, new options, for families and singles ... But it comes at a cost .... Taking the elevator might take more than 5 minutes .. and the AC bill is very high even if u was on leave during the full month.

Pathetic management no maintenance intercoms are broken no one will fix it podium is closed and no one can use it after 10 so if you are a person who ONLY gets time at night to go and jog they dont care about youColors are chipping off of corridors extra chiller fee which is not pocket friendly at all

Family oriented. Play area for kids, swimming pool and rooms are good size as well as sitting and dining area. Quiet place.

Sky cort is a community towers since from long time in dip.. I didnt lived there but just visit once at my friends home..

Good place to stay,but far from main city and public transportation is also not enough.. supermarkets are available but other day to day facilities are difficult to find...if we have own cars then its ok to stay..

I lived here for 8 years of my life I loved it here met a lot of my friends there are a lot of good amenities with 2 pool 6 gyms 6 buildings endless parking and a giant community area for the kids and it is super safe and many resuturants and is practically 20 minutes away from most major places like dubai mall.and mirdif city centre highly recommended to live here if u have a family and to meet new people

The best among its competitors is a large, gigantic building with many places that you would love to find in the place you visit

Around area is under construction, even raod and streets after few years that will be a economical option in area

The apartments are nice and spacious with nice amenities within the building..However the most negative part that effects majority of the tenants is the ALPHA cooling system which is separate charge from DEWA and they charge you regardless weather you use the AC or not.. which results to alot of tenants leaving this community since the Alpha charge is too much ..it goes upto AED 1,000 a month during summer However the community does not seem to be bothered about the results...

You can find a very cheap price apartment from there.I like that apartment complex

The good: large flat layouts, big balconies and flats with big terraces on the lowest floor. Very decently equipped gyms (1 in each tower), polite security, allocated covered parking. Security can open the gym before 6am if asked nicely. The building has a grocery, a pharmacy, a clinic, a stationary, ladies and men salons, a few restaurants and a laundry. The vet is just across the road. The parking is covered and secured with automatic gates.The bad: roaches walk in on average once a month - one needs to invite pest control every quarter to renew the poison so no pests can settle in. Children scream in the corridor even at midnight on the floor with access to the garden (I guess that is a comment to their parents rather than the building). People from higher floors throw items on terraces like cigarette buds, tissue, pizza boxes etc. EVERY DAY (seriously people??) A/c bills in 1bhk (set to off in winter and set to a low speed at 25 degrees in summer) are high: 250 in winter (minimum pay even with a/c and fan off), 1,000-1,200 in summer - total paid in 1 year was 7,800. A/c security deposit of 2,000 is refunded by cheque in 1 month time. No extra parking available for rent.

Skycourts are located on Dubai Al Ain highway. It is about 20 minutes drive down town. This have swimming pool on the top and underground parking lot. All areas surrounding this place are developing slowly, and some supermarkets have come in. Nice to live away from the citys.

Amazing place to live in and the extremely society. Location is a bit cut off from the city but you dont feel much and get used to it with time. Good facilities with in the building. My kids love the swimming pool and the gym is a big plus for me and my husband

It’s one of the best economical place to stay In Dubailand community. You will experience mix nationality staying under the same roof with peace and harmony. Good maintenance services available with Plenty of supermarkets, Saloon’s , School in walking distance. RTA bus stop is also available down the building.

Wry nice place for families

Good apartments in regards to space and size. Easy taxi, nearby supermarket and delivery. However, the place is far away from everything. The nearest is Global Village, which is nice for repetitive visits and shopping. Recommended for who wants average rental cost but not for who are fans with luxury environment.

Its a place away from the city center of Dubai but then its good enough if you work around Dubai Silicon Oasis and the neighboring areas. The roads are accessible though its an effort for commuters to go there at the moment. The place though offers flats with a decent amount of space and value for money.

An excellent family place for residence. Special play area and swimming facility for everyone. Prayer hall for male and female is available. Spectacular view from large glass windows. Exactly located on Al Ain Road. Secure door lock and card accessible entry. Huge car park is available. The residence unit is equipped with modern amenities.

Nice place to rent for to stay near studio city area

A friend lives here, and going to her place is always a pleasure. P3 is where we take our kids each time, so that they can play and we can chat. The apartments are very well built, allowing sunlight to come in and air to pass. The corridors are wide and well-lit. The security guards are also always around. The nursery Chubby Cheeks on ground floor, making it very accessible. I like the gentry in general. Gym is an added benefit.I like the car park too. Overall a very nice place to live and socialize.

SkyCourts is a good place to live in. Clean and properly managed buildings. Security is superb and neighbours are awesome.

A good living destination for an average family in Dubai. The concourse area view will definitely catch your eyes. Separate chiller fees applicable, hence a bit higher on the rentals.

Good building location is good. Down there they have supermarket and restaurants. They have musallah. Swimming pool is there. Kids area is there between buildings. About flats rents are reasonable but at the cost of space in flats. Room are not that big.

Offers spacious flats with built in cabinets in bedrooms and kitchen. Most spacious flats you can find within reasonable price range. Has a big play area for the kids with two swimming pools and a gym for each building! Within the same community has a supermarket, dental clinic, nursery, medical center, laundry shop and various restaurants. It is its own community in Dubailand Residence Complex

Nice residential building with a very good play and activity area at level 3.. Good family environment. Only drawback is Alpha electricity bill.

The build quality is not bad, only if the place was not in the middle of nowhere it would be worth living.To get to anywhere in Dubai, you need to drive 3-4kms in the opposite direction to the next bridge to make U - turn, again typical of Dubai.Parking is free unlike the rest of super rich Dubai.

One of the few places in Dubai, where kids can play safely in the bldg premises. They have a good bldg management co. who fix/renovate timely.

Its not worth it at all, keep in mind that AC bills could reach 1,500 or 1,600 Dirhams per month, add to that DEWA electricity bill.So you can find better and cheaper areas.

Lovely development, well located and connected, yet relatively quiet. Features nice and bright living spaces with a good layout, and great views for the outward facing apartments. Boasts a vibrant and friendly community with mostly families. Amenities are available in the building and nearby, including 4 minimarts (two of which West Zone) within 500m. However, the building is not maintained very well by the developer... Its clean but wearing out already, and it occasionally has cockroaches. Parking for non residents is also an issue.

I like the community. Few friends live there. Great services like washing of your car, apartment cleaning etc on reasonable price. So much fun for kids. Access to malls in Dubai in a short time. Just under 2hrs drive to Abu Dhabi and Alain. Gym, swimming pool facilities are well maintained.

I this place to live. Because peaceful. It has swimming pools, kids play areas in 3rd floor podium. Easy to access E311 and E611 express way.

Very high AC charges which are separate from your Dewa bill. The buildings are So old now, full of cockroaches and exterminators cant help either. Once they spray the house you will be happy for about 5 days then boom the bugs are back.Regarding the Chiller charges, in a studio monthly is about 300 to 400 aed JUST THE AC. Dewa will be around 150 to 200. For the one bedroom AC it is about 500 to 700 and 2 bedroom about 900 to 1200 just AC charges are they kidding?!!! This is Too much.IMAGINE TRAVELING FOR 6 MONTHS YOUR HOUSE IS LOCKED ALL ELECTRICITY IS OFF BUT YOU COME BACK AND STILL PAY FOR THE FIXED AC BILL!!!!!!!!Note: Move to a DEWA building. No chiller charges no extra bill. This separate bill thing is so annoying and a waste of money.On top of all this they mismanage the parking situation, there is always someone parking in YOUR spot and you have to waste time going to the security so he can put some paper on their window which doesnt scare anyone because no action is taken anyway. Once I had someone parked on my spot for 8 days. This building is just stress over stress.

Just outside the city lights but easy to get in to the city. The area is improving very fast and soon it will be a hot property in real estate market

Good place to live if you have own car, no proper bus stop, there is but far from the building. Building is Far from the city, no ATM machines near.

Its big building located in al aib road. Dubai land. Supermarket and indian restaurant are available on same bullding. In front of the building there is bus stop. 5 minuit walk west zone and madina supermarket are available.

The towers are located in a poorly planned entrance and exit, you need to add 5 minutes of driving in the opposite direction then back in order to find yourself at the same point the other side of the road.The cooling, owned by Alfa, has a fixed charge around 0.3aed/sqft/month even if not used, plus its usage that can be really expensive and then followed by the normal Dewa bill.Cockroaches can appear from time to time.Visitors park out, theres always a place with no meters.Poorly equipped gyms (one in each tower).Maintenance is quick.Slow elevators, terrible during busy hours especially for high floors.Pools, 2 of them are big and clean.Nice green playing areas for kids.Covered parking for residents.Large windows nice apartments layouts.Supermarket in the building with delivery.Located at 20-25 minutes from anywhere in Dubai, Mirdiff Mall at 15 mints.

Apartments are spacious but no public transport available. You need to have 2 cars, some school busses dont come here too.

Best Place to Live all the apartments are wide.There is a Little Beautiful park and a swimming pool so you can enjoy all day long on the park.

Big Mistake living here. It’s a building site. Windows haven’t been cleaned in 8 months, has a pest control problem (cockroaches). Parking a nightmare. Only good thing it’s cheap (45k for 2BD)
