Al Waleed Garden is a 17-storey residential building in Healthcare City Phase 2, Al Jaddaf, Dubai.The project was developed by 007 Properties Limited.The architect of the project was Alajmi Engineering Consultants.The project is located on plot DHC2-B-07.From Al Waleed Garden it takes roughly 11 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 22 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 20 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 25 minutes to The Walk JBR.Dubai International Airport (DXB) is roughly 11 minutes drive and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly 42 minutes drive. All durations are calculated by Google Maps and assume the fastest route in typical traffic conditions.

One of the worst managements from the real estate company. Horrible attitude. I am extremely displeased and unhappy. Definitely don’t recommend you to live here. The walls crack every few months. Fire alarm every other day, underground parking lot closed due to horrifying safety cracks as well, swimming pool closed for 3 months till now, even though part of the service charge and high pay rent is for that, we never get to rest, even after the COVID 19 pandemic landlord company refused to reduce any amount for the rent, which is in inhumane, construction all over the area as well, so expect a lot of noise and sandy neighborhood. Just horrible.

Good building. Rooms are functioned. The layout well planned with view of Burj Khalifa. Very nice interior. Facilities is incredibly ie. pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, sketch-board area, fitness and playground. But a bit high price compared to current market. Chiller bill is separated to MPower which a bit expensive. Access way is difficult. There is no direct access way from main road.

My experience in Al Waleed Garden was it seem very positive to begin with..Would like to say that we received an excellent service from Al Waleed Real Estate office team.We received their care and attention at all times throughout the transaction. Special thanks to the Management for all their help during what has been a difficult time for everyone. Their facilities, building is awesome.They come highly recommended by myself and my two sisters.

Way expensive for the service they offer. You can hear noise and lousy loud neighbors which management does nothing about.AC is ridiculously high priced (ISTA), the wall paint comes off just from sticky notes, and many other issues. Definitely not worth the expensive price.

Building looks nice in the outside and maintained well enough in the public areas.Major issue with maintenence timing here. Extremely slow to respond to fix anything.In the apartment filled for a paint job , AC servicing and leaky ceiling and yet to hear back.Tenant.

Worst place to live with wall paint falling off because of seepage in a couple of months. The ceiling is leaking water and it took them 2 months to fix. They said its the bathroom on the top that is leaking.Bad door frames and lots of noise from outside. Also its too expensive , cant wait for my lease to get over.The chiller bill came after 5 months at the average of 1400 dirhams a month when we dont have more than 2 rooms AC on at night. What a fraud is ISTA. Wish i could post pictures of my walls and ceilings

I checked many buildings in Jadaf but this is one of the best i liked it. Building has good facilities, spacious rooms, easy access. Rent is also not expensive. Affordable with quality.

The Building is Elegant look inside and out. It makes more Luxury because of their amenities. (Pool,Skateboard,Tennis,Basketball,Childrens play area and more) .Perfect for Family .

Al Waleed Garden is the best building in Jaddaf area , really perfect design, High quality finishing, full facilities and easy access . good management
