Family oriented good community

An outstanding area to live in with the superb facilities. The park areas are amazing cushioned running tracks, cycle tracks. Undulating grass banks, childrens facilities second to none. Adult areas too, basketball etc. The toilets are equally as nice as the ones in the apartments. Cleanliness is outstanding. Everyday they are cleaning and maintaining the whole area. On site shop is comprehensive reasonable for DXB. Would love there in a heartbeat. The mall and cinema will be icing on the cake. Our week in an apartment was just lovely.

5 Stars for Landscape, Exterior and Interior design, but..... Quality is an on going issue in this project!! doesnt suit the name of EMMAR.leakage and mold is serious issue all over Mulberry.

No Mobile Service - Roads Messed up - Community needs minimum two years to be good enough to live in !- no school bus will ever pass by do not listen to agents trying to sell you ! since they all get a lot of comission to sell you somewhere has no proper road access no Mobile service Absolutely no super market ! if you have tent is better at meantime ! Apartment quality is really good but Lifestyle you are middle of desert

Poor quality - for the past 3 months I had to report at least 1 defect each month; a/c not cold, a/c leaking 3x; and those defect takes more than 1 visit to fixOn one Friday, the kitchen drainage was blocked and water was flowing out of the drain hole - called the Emaar call center who calmly told me that the onsite emergency team will attend to the problem within 45 minutes. 45 minutes later, the Emaar property team called to say the emergency team is not available because it is a Friday - what??!!EMAAR - please get your act together

Awsome place to live in, except fot the parking trouble.If you have two cars, then you will not find a parking for the second car as1. They will not grant permission to parking building2. The community parking is for park visitors, not for residents3.No RTA parking nearby
