Average housing brand new in 2021. Has a decent common area which includes a miniature landscape and kids play area and swimming pool. Separate male and female Gym. Little over priced but good enough for locality and brand new tag. Eventually in years to come prices should come lower.prices again going high taking advantage of demand not justified though.

I love this building, it would be better if the building has back side entrance. Because most of the kids including mine going to schools behind this building

The location is very good, natural light is more than sufficient and the rooms are spacious as well. The gym is clean and well maintained. But the building construction feels quite cheap in the sense low quality bricks have been used, using just a double sided tape causes the paint to come off and the cement behind is visible.Never expected a reputed real estate like wasl to be like this. Weve had to request the maintenance to come in so many times for small issues (which shouldnt be the case since the house is brand new)We were one of the first tenants to come and we requested a change in the parking spot due to a family members health problem. We wanted it near the lift but they blatantly denied it.Theres no facility to directly contact any management official. You HAVE to go through the call center. Feels like a hassle.

2 weeks old in this building.. appartments and overall look and feel is great. Families with small children Will surely have an enjoyable experience because of the safety aspect and in house facilities. the scary part.. unbelievable amount of fire alarms through the day and night and bed room has sounders.. with so many false alarms god keep us safe from the real one. If these alarms dont stop Im sure many along with me are going to vacate very soon.Wasl, my email to your CS about the alarms got a response that i should raise a maintenance request.. 😁 anyway, if youre seeing this then please do something about the alarms..Update: 20July too much of low frequency Music and Movie Audio passing on from neighbours through comon walls /floor/ceiling.

Absolutely Loved the experience living in the Masken wasl....A best place for families who have small kids,they will entertain like anything specially in the evenings.The rooms are very spacious especially I love the way how kitchen is well designed...Everything good except that there are so many false alarms we were receiving per day which gives a bit tense when we hear it, not knowing which is real and which is false?Except that its a beautiful place😍

Nice location.metro access al nadha and stadium. Studio 1 bedroom 2 bedroom 3 bedroom available small balconies.kitchen area is adequate.parking place are roomy. Swimming pool and gym are good.walking place on first floor is good. mosque is adjacent to the entrance.

Dear teamAs an existing al wasl tenant with different building they had rejected our reservation stating the exisitng Al wasl tenants cant move to Masaken Al wasl . Can you explain on what criteria are you rejecting our offer ?

Looks amazing... honestly since December 2020 we are checking this bldg and want to shift but since ,4 months its not open for leasing. Hope now will get some good news. Interested for 2BHK

Excellent building, spacious, equipped with all modern amenities. Best part is the price and value for it in the area. Leasing has started from 5 May.

Wasl has downgraded in their customer service. Ridiculous rules and very rude in their communication . Kept cancelling my reservation without informing me.

Its A Great Building The Corridors Are Clean & Well Maintained Equipped With Air Conditioning Aswell As The Lobby , The Flats Are Amazing Equipped With Modern Items, Parking Is Available For Visitors Aswell, Play Area, Gym For Men & Women Along With Swimming Pool Is Their Aswell For The Residents

This is new residential building from Wasl. Building is almost complete. Probably in the month of October or November it will be ready for occupancy

Свежее здание, удобное расположение рядом с метро, хороший бассейн и внутренний дворик, все коммуникации проложены, доступ в здание через ввод пароля. Единственный минус - довольно неудобный заезд, нет кольца и какие-то левые авто постоянно заезжают и не могут выехать создавая бардак.
