Staying here for the past 2 years. Excellent property with good maintenance for the flats & great flat layouts. High quality materials used in the apartments. Perfect for families. Only drawback is the lack of adequate visitor parkings & gym. Rest is good.

Nice residential area. Visited a few times and Hypermarket inside is convenient with availability for the items.

Nice atmosphere, you can wake up to the sound of the birds.very spacious apartments. Value for the money.Only problem is the garbage dumbing yard across the road . Some time very rarely you get the smell.

Nice community from Al wasl. Specious flats 1BHK, 2BHK with security guards at Gates and access Card for control at building and parking gates. Nearby to E311, so easy access for immediate exit.Nice and friendly management staff and quick resolution to any fix required at home.

Quiet secure and nice place for family

I give the 4 stars for the tidiness, neatness and good maintenance. Otherwise design wise the architect clearly does not have a good imagination or creativity when it comes to distinguishing between 1bhk / 2bhk and 3bhk. All has the same damn layout just that a room is missing as per requirement.

Good place to stay with families. Big apartments with all the mantainence services all you need to do is request for the service and with in 24hrs mantainence crew will be at your doorstep. Beside that they have a beautiful garden/play area for kids. And they also have 24hrs security available

Buildings are good but Alwasl management and customer service is the worst in UAE. if there is a olympic of bad customer service then for sure Al wasl will win all gold medals in bad customer service..

I received violation for parking one year back. I requested them & explained that it was not done on purpose i parked in handicap because there was another car in my parking. The officer simply refused to listen to my side & forcefully asked me to sign the undertaking letter & told me if i do not sign he will add one more violation from previous. I was helpless & signed the letter for 1000 AED.Worst place to stay Wasl if you are expat.May be the rent is less in wasl but at the end you may end up paying more than the private property you can rent with all of there big finesAs these people have there own law book..

One of the best community in Dubai.Studio, One, Two and Three bedrooms apartments are available here. Good beautiful surroundings with all amineties, like children play area, walking track etc.

Great community with great build quality, large rooms and basic amenities like small park, supermarket, masjid inside the compound.Guest parking is mess as guests are always asked to park outside the community. This is very odd & they fell offended.Foul smell from the waste yard at Sonapur is disturbing at night sometimes.

Access to major roads.E311 is adjacent. Sharjah is 10km distance. Has schools near by.. lulu village has Grocery, hospital and mosque which is 1.5km walk distance.hassle free maintenance from wasl. Its one of the gated communities of Al Wasl Properties located near the RTA Headquarters in Al Qusais. The security is good cause they ask every vehicle that comes in before they allow you in. Traffic can be tricky though during rush hour since its located in one of the residential areas of Dubai.

Gated community with play area and attractive rates from wasl properties. Easy reach to Sh. Mohammed bin Zayed road. 5 mins drive to lulu supermarket. Small grocery available within community. Parking for residents below building. Guest access and parking is limited.

This place is located in a islolated place...very scary and unsafe place if you walk from the bus stop to the house in the night...cant let children to go down and play on thier own...bcoz cars move around very fast in the locality no speed brakers its like crazy people live there...and the play area for children is a joke very small and sad. Place is cheap comparatively or else its just Boring.

Good appartments, community living and secured entrances. Need a gym and swimming pool to make a complete 5 star.

One side of the community faces E311 and the other side faces RTA workshop. So if you get extreme buildings you wont be able to sleep properly at night.The middle buildings dont get much of any privacy as there other buildings close to each other.Occasional foul smell from Sonapur sewage treatment.

Clean, secured and peaceful family estate with easy access to 311, Airport, Shopping Centre/Mall and other amenities. You could be in downtown or centre of Dubai in few minutes while Sharjah and Ajman are just few minutes drive. Toll (Salik) free road to Jebel Ali and Abu Dhabi is just at the back of the estate. A very good place to live.
