Good community although bit away but rent is worth of it good amenities calm area

New residential complex in Dubai.Dania 2 is part of Midtown project.Huge development with colorful buildings.The retail area is not ready yet, but City Center is 5 minutes away.There is a huge podium with sport facilities and swimming pool.Good place for small families.The property developed by Deyaar Development PJSC

Nice locality. Expensive though

The area is good. With good amenities like community pool n courts for basketball and tennis. But the rooms designed are very poor. The bathroom shower for studio... is like a toy bathroom. U cant hv shower without hurting yourself.

I liked the community toooo much till last week when I faced the problem with ac and tried to call maintenance!! Already one week people are coming and going after 100s of calls and telling like robots that my ac needs maintenance,without even answering to emails and telling what is the issue and when they are going to fix it! It is the worst management i have seen in 6 years of living in Dubai!At home it is 28 degrees and no one cares!

A well appointed cluster-apartment complex, with a sprawling elevated-community area with garden, sporting amenities.The buildings and surroundings are maintained well.Community is located little away from the expressway, within easy access to E311, E611 via DIP/Motor City, Expo Road and Jabal Ali.

Amazing area to live

I visited under the impression that I just have to pay same as I am paying for rent right now to own some property but as usual was one of those sales games where they hide the other details for later like down payment which is big ratio in advance and other details , but the complex it self is good

This is a residential property that has facilities like swimming pool, gym, basketball court, jogging track, and children playground. The place is awesome, clean, and well-managed. Its indeed a place to call home.

The project is not properly managed, no shops are yet open to serve the community after 1 year if handover. The finishing of the apartments is done with very low quality where paint comes off easily, tiles are not fixed well, paint scratches softly, water leaks from flushers, not to mention that the chiller charges of the building are the most expensive in all of Dubai that I have ever encountered , although it is supported by empower but the charges are not very clear and are extremely high where for a 1 bedroom the average annual charges are around 8,000 aed/year for a standard usage of working person 9-6 empty house, in addition to the rent, dewa, and other utilities, another issues is the mosquitos in the area and the foul odor of the sewage system that lingers somewhere around the project. The building looks very good from the outside, the elevator system is very quick, the common garden areas are very beautiful and well engineered, the pools however are not deep at all all at the same level which is around 1m to 1.2m only! The gym is good but each group of buildings get one gym only which happens to be located in a single building which means if ur not lucky then u have to walk a bit for the gym. The rent prices have dropped recently as the demand is reducing due to the above mentioned facts.

Very poor quality buildings with irresponsible management.

Place has a sewage problem. It’s very bad especially at night . I feel it’s unhealthy to be exposed to such pungent fowl smells.The administration staff just laugh about it when I address the issue. I hope someone will address the issue.

There is a very bad smell all over the buildings , don’t know from where is coming specially at nightwe cant even sleep from this smellThere is no space to put your washing machine, the default place for it is very very very small and ours is the standard size, and they said that nothing to do with that, over all not happy at all and not recommended
