Enjoyed the stay, fee issues with the room and bathroom, not sorted, despite a few reminders to the front desk. And no fault of their own, but a horrible sewage smell wafts around the property between 7 to 10am

Very nice and on the Palm. Be prepared for screaming kids around the pool though. I love kids but it can get a bit much at times.Other than that very relaxing. Good to walk along the beach.If you are coming to town to party. This isn’t the place. If you like a more sophisticated Mayfair vibe but still be on holiday this place is good.

Decent place with a private pool. Entire experience was fantastic with a small con which is that one or two day resident dont get more a single 2 litre water bottle. so anyone reading this , please ensure you can your own set of water bottles for the trip

With all due respect, the stay was amazing but make sure to check the electrical appliances as soon as you enter the Appartments, it would be better if any staff members are present because THEY WILL CHARGE YOU UNNECESSARILY after you leave saying that you broke it . I was charged for apparently for breaking a iron box and staining a towel. Though we never touched the iron box and even after a month they didn’t send the pic of the stained towel. They deducted a total of 365AED from the refundable deposit . They’ll use silly reasons to charge you extra and won’t even bother to send a photo of it. They have really bad management. I tried calling them many times but no use.

I stayed at this property a year ago and was very happy with the value for the price, location is great, the place is very clean.This time, I stayed for 1 week and really enjoyed it. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The life guards are so accommodating, always asking you if you would like more shade, if I wanted the umbrella moved.Check in was very quick and the front desk was very polite.Apartments are very nice and specious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be coming back again.
