Flats are very spacious. Size of rooms and hall is bigger than any other hotels in Barsha.Service and staff is very good.

Huge apartments. Service was good. The walk to the mall can feel quite long in summer. Gym is ok but most of the fancy equipment is out of order.

Nice place to stay, with kitchen to cook your own food. Big rooms... This place is closer to the mall and they have entrance for wheel chair. Theres free parking lots.

One of my friend booked Al waleed hotel apartment and we found it great according to the value. Best thing is it on walking distance for Mall of Emirates and from there you can access metro and that can be the best option for any tourist in Dubai. Hotels maintenance and services are also good and staff is friendly. Parking is available inside hotel for guests and outside paid parking also available easily.

We visited Dubai during 2 Feb - 12 Feb 2019 and stayed in this hotel apartment. It was a great experience. Amazing apartment facilities as it was shown in the pictures. Room service person name ELISA (Indian National) was very very helpful and impressive. I highly recommend this hotel apartment during your visit to Dubai.

The rooms were spacious, neat and comfortable.Location was good accessible to restraunts n taxis at a little distance but no great view. Breakfast served was just pathetic .since they do not have a kitchen ,all they served was toasted bread with omlette everyday ,butter,cheese ,canned juice ,coffee and tea never served in hot pot so its sulkingThey have no other option other than this.The kitchen is equipped with only utensils and basic cutlery. No sugar salt tea coffee or even liquid soap or scrubber to wash your utensils. The hotel is good only for the rooms and helpful Staff.

Not at all satisfied with this hotel. There was no hot water in our room. Called to fix but they only got it working in one bathroom. Travelling with a 6 month old we really needed hot water. Had to keep boiling water to wash bottles etc. I booked a fully equipped apartment so there would be no problems but staff was helpful as much as be ideal location.

Customer service wasnt nice but the cleaners were amazing

Extremely unprofessional people (Indian security guard in evening always busy on their phones, laptop). No empathy for customer. I missed something on Dubai taxi in-front of the hotel waited for security guard to 45 min so that he can tell me the number of taxi by looking at the cctv. After 45 min gentleman turn up and told me that cctv not working and it is your problem that you lost your bag(containing passport, money..etc). Regarding service dont expect anything in the room for everything you have to call them and please them to provide you the basic stuffs such towels..etc. Sorry to say but hotel needs much better customer oriented people especially night security staff and front office management.

Decent Hotel Apartments in Al Barsha. Has parking for guests and has 1 Bed, 2 Bed and 3 Bed rooms for daily, monthly and yearly rentals. I visited d once and security and housekeeping people are good and friendly.It has another branch in Our Metha.

Its not bad. Not Atlantis hotel, for sure :) But for its price it is a place to sleep, I havent seen any insects, personnel is conscentious, clean enough, bathrooms have hot water, AC works, and location is not far from The Mall of the Emirates (and the metro).

Their Deluxe One Bendroom Suite was very spacious for a family of three, comfortable and clean. The hotel interior and rooms furniture are pretty dated and worn out but still adequate for budget-class accommodation. The staff at the reception and in housekeeping were all nice and friendly. The free Wi-Fi was also pretty good. Hotel has own parking garage. Cons: no restaurant/breakfast, no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. While the hotel appears on the map close to the Mall of Emirates, it would actually take at least some 20 minutes to walk to malls nearest entrance.

Monthly pay parking for car available here. Its safe.

Very nice stay, spacious apartments. Housekeeper Naresh was coming to clean every day. Very friendly personell but rooms need some maintanace as shower/bath switch was broken, cooker was replaced on my request as wasnt work properly.Guests was allowed even stay overnigh for free if was sleeping on sofa.My family with overall are pleased about our stay at Al Waleed, as area is very quite and near to Dubai Centre and other destination.

I stayed the first week in 2018 at Al Waleed. Hotel staff appeared quite friendly and professional. They had a surpriae birthday cake for my wife (albeit after repeated proding). Malik the security man was amazing. But l had other turnoffs - Welcomed with a hefty 700AED for arriving early. The hotel management refused to open the balcony throughout my stay despite several requests. Lost my personal towel on the 1st day, only returned on my last day after several calls.

Worst Apartment ever , Smell is bad inside the room. There is cockroaches in the kitchen, you need to wash anything you want to use.They dont respect their customers at all,specially the African Guy on the reception.He didnt allow me to receive one of my relatives at my room to have a dinner together, and forced me to leave the apartment at the middle of the night and because of that i had to pay 300 AED to booked in another apartment. They didnt mention that you can not receive your friends at your room in their policy, and after all they didnt return my money back

The pool is a small town and it is 2m to every one closes it at 6pm

Generally, not bad, clean, cleaned every day, there is nothing to wash the dishes, although there is a kitchen (and sink). We bought disposable dishes. Air conditioning centralized. We lived here for 10 nights, were satisfied. The water smells of chlorine. A spacious room is an apartment hotel, that is, each room is an apartment. Living room, bedroom, kitchen, toilet and bathroom. TV in every room. In the kitchen there is a kettle, a toaster, an electric stove, a microwave, a washing machine and a refrigerator. Metro to Mall Emirates 10 minutes walk. Although the area with new buildings, a little on the outskirts of life. If you need affordable housing by the standards of Dubai, here we have rented a room with a 50% discount and as a result 3500 per night.

Large apartments. Price / quality is super. Responsive staff at the reception. The location is very convenient, walk to the mole for 15 minutes. Metro, bus stops nearby. The next train will stay in this apartment.
