Shocking experience so far. After such a helpful and extremely pleasant sales assistant - relationship for not more than 5 days but I believe Baba is genuinely nice , I’m waiting to see what follows. One of the best Property developments in Dubai , I personally cant speak highly enough of my experience with Select Group. I was a first-time property investor in Dubai with very little knowledge about how to find the right & best developments within Dubai as the options were quite a lot. I met with a couple of Developers before Select, but me and my wife knew instantly that Select group was the one for us. The finishings, layouts, amenities and details of their projects were the best for us , even way better than Emaar and DAMAC, The professionalism and efficiency of the sales staffs and customer service was really beyond our expectations. And They really helped us to take the pressure of making the best investment decision off of us.We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally did the rest was a walk in the park. The sales staff walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggested other more lucrative investments options on off-plan projects that they had coming up. We now have several friends looking for homes to live in or purely for investment , and we always recommend Select Group to them!

Be carefull. Select Group is not a good option.I purchased 1 apartment and the Studion One building is not good. Handover of 350 sqft with more then 40 problems. After almost 1 years water is coming out of the main walls. Bad quality and bad installtion.STAY IN ONE OF THEIR PROJECTS BEFORE BUYING SOMETHING.>> Even the more expensive ones are not from a good quality. Go and visit one and you will see.During purchase you get treated well ut afterwards you are justa stupid paying person.Sales confirmed a full marina view but this offer had no view. Even higher manager and CEO is not taking care and can not give any gurantee for what they are saying.No more Select Group again

Buyer Beware! Select Group employees (sales manager) will provide false information in attempts to get you to purchase one of their properties. They will deny ever saying this information, even when you have it in writing from them.We were looking at purchasing a property at Pacific and they promised us six times on two different viewings that this property was pet friendly and that their was no restrictions on dogs. Pacific has never been nor will ever be pet friendly.Thankfully we purchased with another agency and not with Select. We will never purchase a property associated with Select after this experience.
