Doctors and nurses are so professional. Love the center but only pharmacy concern. Takes too much time of getting my medication. I was the only one patient there but the pharmacy staff is attending 1st the cure nurse before a patient. Experienced it not once but many times. Hoping pharmacy system will be changed!.

This is a very clean and efficient health center. They have implemented a very quick, time-saving, prescription dispensing system with less use of paper.Unfortunately, they just lost their only pulmonologist and perhaps UAEs best pulmonologist!!! He had been recently awarded a Golden Visa!!!!

Bad experience, taking appointment with dr Mesoun Tabra at 6 , she cancelled it simply because she finished at 4 and she doesnt want to wait till 6.And the secretary confirmed my appointment twice that i come at 6.Update: it was miscommunication, and the center contacted me to apologize and rectify the mistake.

The quality of the service of the secratariat (ultrason and IRM part ) is very, very, very poor and this one since the two secrataries in place since a long time (so long for me ) are here. we had every time a bad experience with them. They dont any effort of comprehension towards who dont speak english. They are arrogant and take the people often for fools.its a shame.

I went to dr wael saleh to do a food allergy test for my 4 years old autistic son name (Mansoor Mohammad) he assured me that it will be covered by insurance so i head to the lab to give the blood sample....and it was really hard for my son to go through the process...after I left the hospital within 1hr the nurse called me saying the insurance rejected he has to be seen by the ENT dr to apply for him the request (why i was not referred by dr wael since beginning?? Why telling me it will be covered ) I explained that its not easy for me to bring him again as well our house is 45 mins away + its misplaning and coordination from their side so she offered me to keep the blood sample and do a teleconsultaion with the ENT DR THE SECOND DAY then sending the request again to insurance by her to get approval and guess what happened the next day wich is the 3rd day !!! No one called i am going to raise this to ministry department of health

I have been to this medical center a few times to see different doctors. Experienced excellent service and professionalism at all points of my visit. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are all welcoming and attend to your needs and inquiries. Follow up is also done after the visit on the outcome of diagnosis. Highly recommended if someone needs any medical attention.

I visited Dr Ehab Al Aaraj (Consultant Ophthalmologist) in Advanced Cure for a checkup after seeing a “moving pin-light” at the side of my left eye - seen in darkness. Dr. Ehab did a thorough checkup and discovered a rupture in the retina which if I would have ignored, it could have resulted in serious consequences. Dr. Ehab treated the rupture with laser and currently I’ve recovered as diagnosed in the follow up visit. I would like to thank most sincerely Dr. Ehab and his professional team, namely Ms. Vanessa, for the great job!

Worst physiotherapy in Abu dhabi , they just want to collect huge amount of money for no recovery benefits in addition all the new employees has no experience in the physiotherapy , I dont recommend it .

This clinic has multiple branches that are close to each other. If you have an appointment its better to check which building exactly is the one related to your appointment. I came here to bring my mother to an appointment but the receptionist told me its a office/admin branch.

Very clean and nice place, especially the new building. The staff here are really nice and helpful. They give you your time and more. You dont have to wait for long times, you turn always comes fast. Everytime Ive gone to Cure for medical support, Ive received nothing short of warm, caring and straightforward healthcare service and above all, honest medical advice from practitioners that is in my best interest. One excellent experience I remember having was when I had gone to visit an Orthopedic at the clinic because I had been having pain in my wrist and was unable to do my Yoga practice or drive my car with comfort. I live in Dubai so had first gone to an Orthopedic in a Dubai-based hospital and was told within the first few minutes of meeting that doctor that I need to do a small surgery in my wrist, asap, or my situation would get worse and eventually I would have more complications and pain. Of course I was worried and seriously considering it but thankfully, I thought to get a second opinion. At Cure I was assured that my situation was minor, and with care and some physiotherapy that I could do on my own, I would heal and will probably never have to operate on my wrist. I felt cared for and not like I was being used to meet some unknown quota. Years later now, I have no issues with my wrist. Thank you Advanced Cure Diagnostic Center, I always know I can come to you.

Got a tooth implant from Dr Nofal Suleiman recently, the implant is very well done, won’t be able to tell from my other natural teeth!

The front office are supremely friendly and helpful and their doctors are very thorough and always follow up. A very sincere shoutout to Dr. Sawsan for being the most awesome and gentle OB-GYN. It was the worst experience ever, the receptionist has the worst attitude ever and she doesn’t have any sense of behavioral skills , even her manger can’t take any responsibility and they only care about money, they don’t care about the patients needs, I don’t advise anyone to go to their clinic

Great center with efficient staff, short waiting times, quick lab results turnaround and the doctors i have seen are knowledgeable and patient and will take the time to explain all you need to know. Dr. May is my childrens pediatrician and I cant recommend her enough! Dr. Raya (endocrinologist) and Dr. Sawsan (OBGYN) are excellent too! It helps that there is plenty of parking too!

Friend of mine recommended I try Cure when I first moved to Abu Dhabi I was not sure what to expect but after my first visit I could but not go except to Cure! Their customer service was great and I could always find a doctor that fit my needs whether it be dentistry, general, orthopedics and OB-GYN. I would definitely recommend them!On a side for those scared of dentists as I am Dr. Nofal is amazing! I did a lot of work with him and he is very understanding and patient with his own patients. This just made my visits more bearable and less scary to do. Dr. Cristoss bed side manner as well was so sweet and helpful when I injured my ankle and Dr. Sawsan is just as amazing too!

Very disappointed in the the way the doctor handled my pregnancy case. Ive been going to the same doctor for the past few years and when I suspected pregnancy, I visited her and when she found out that the pregnancy was not alive and growing she dismissed me and told me to go to a state hospital to gets to the medicine to remove it. No empathy, no further explanation or referral letter to the state hospital and I had to pay AED 400 for a scan even though I was on state medical aid as she explained the medical aid company no longer pays for more than 3 scans per pregnancy. Will definitely not go back there !

Horrendous as usual, no point of going to such clinic since your appointments are not taken seriously. Expect to wait for hours over your appointment. Ignorant especially in an industry like this, what a shame.

Very disappointed. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment.The doctor was more than 1 hour and 30 minutes late. I left and the doctor still hadnt arrived. 1 hour and 45 minutes of my time wasted.The worse thing about my experience is the doctor was not clear with the staff about the reason she was late or approximately how long it will take her to arrive. I was told several times that she is 5 minutes away, which was clearly not true.

Cure is great. with a nice parking space. With diverse specialty clinics and a very friendly environment. My Mother loved her visit there.

Dealt with one doctor, he was fine but be ready for a long wait time even if you have an appointment, the concept of time does not seem to be popular there.

The doctor in the ophthalmology clinic is being entitled , always late and not apologetic ,he wrote in the referral letter a complete wrong family and personal history ,totally fictional as he never took the history or asked the facts ,never again in this clinic.however there are some good points for other services namely the pharmacist and the exceptionally dedicated general practitioner.

I had a surgery with Dr Hussien Abdulghafor. A failure of course. Incompetent. He stressed how easy the operation was and that it would not change at all the shape of my nose. I woke up with a nose much shorter. He amputed the tip. After the surgery when my family told him my nose appeared shorter, he said: it is because of the stitches, but it will come down with time.I went to complain to Cure, but they neglected and said: Maybe you had another surgery after ? I even went to see their second ENT, and asked that another CT scan be made to higlight the differences. She answered that the CT scan will not enable seeing any difference. This is not true of course. The operation was more than 3 years ago, so I no longer can sue them anyways. Moreover I still have difficulties breathing.I looked on the internet and cannot find any review of this doctor. Its sad, because it clearly is to his advantage. Im certain many are in my situation. I never returned to Cure since, and Im glad about that.

The only star I give to this Place is for the receptionist and the head of the nurses..I went to the Clinic looking forward to see a Good specialist in Allergy and Immunology.. I got totally disappointed with the Dr. Fares H., according to my experience and in my opinion he is really unprofessional, dishonest, un respectful and list continuos.. Doctors dont care for there patient, they are in for the money and how much they can profit, the doctor will not even check on you after the operation, and when you try calling them they dont reply, they text you they have meetings at 9pm while you are suffering in the hospital with bad staff especially that you are treated in another hospital Al Noor which dont care as you are a Cure patient!! Had complications after the doctor in Cure did for me a miscarriage M&C operation, and had a bad infection and continuous cramps after the operation till I was seen in Kings College Hospital where the staff is very professional empathetic and treat you as a human being

Great location, great staff, friendly doctors who will actually answer your questions. The pharmacy is a bit under-stocked so I need to go to another one if anything out of the ordinary is required.

Cant imagine this medical centre is in UAE , ministry of health should revisit their approval for such quality standards

Very bad service, I arrived waiting, after 30 min they said the machine of MRI having problem wait for 30 minutes, I waited another 40 minutes then I left , 1 hour later someone called saying where are you, the machine turned off ,but the previous patient went through, I dont know if she wants to do another appointment or she wants me to come back, even she cannot speak English properly to explain , just a waste of time and no respect to patient time . unprofessional service.

Very poor service. Most times the phone is not answered , it goes on waiting and the disconnects. The admin staff at the reception could do with a smile and a few lessons on customer service.

I was thinking of capturing him, but after I read the comments, I will not go and advise him to avoid complaints because the many complaints affected him greatly.
