I had very bad experiences. Today I went to do Covid vaccine at 1.40 pm I wait Thir until 3.20pm in the line . While I am sitting in there Came one couple to do the vaccine also.then they talk with one of the nurses.I think Thir friend After few minutes the nurse called them to do the vaccine But they don’t have any appointment but the nurse mentioned they have a appointment. I ask with the nurse How can you take them without any appointment then she said I am sorry madam I understand u but i can’t do anything because My one of Nurses told me to take him like this she told me . But that is not fair because we wait also long time then they came and only 5 minutes they sit after they did vaccinations because they have friends working in Thir??🤷‍♀️

My insurance is not so great sure I admit I need to meet the GP to have a referral to the specialist.Upon meeting the Specialist after a week i need to meet again my specialist because i asked for a medication.Sure I understand i need to go back to the GP for referral again to meet the specialist but my concern is why we need to meet again this GP and make a lot of waiting when you can just called the GP and email the referral form since I just come a week ago,I understand i need to pay another consultation for the Gp but better not to go down again in the Mezzanine floor and do this things so much waiting like 30-45mins and not even having social distancing over there so much people waiting for this referral things. .I hope you can improved your services.And by the way when I ask the another Gp about my health issue who give me the referral unbelievable he told me i didn’t check your case!unbelievable to full in line and just get the referral form to meet the specialist without giving even very basic information about your health.This is really serious concerns i hope you do better.I have big respect in all heath care personnel.

Last week i went to this hospital one receptionist telling that - here like this if you dont want go to some other facility. i am wondered they are working for LLH or some other facility. All this because of poor or no management . They have more managers but everyone want to protect their chair only by simply pretending that they are doing something to Dr. VPS. They ruin the great reputation of VPS. Not giving any basic training to the front office staff how to handle the customers they pretend that everyone is blue collars and dealing with everyone accordingly. The worst ever experienced customer service in Abu Dhabi. Never ever recommend any one

Treatment is good. But waiting time is too much.. Even if you have appointment it may take 2-3 hrs longer than that.you spend hours in pharmacy, would be better if they accommodate more staff
