Mediclinic services are good in general, low rate because of the bad experience with Dentist Ahmed Alsakar:- Panorama Xray to be taken before the procedure, because multiple teeth need to be fixed, however he didnt take until I requested after removing two teeth. ( He charged me 225 AED for this, even its free in other clinics as its part of the service).- After removing the two teeth, the gum was so bleeding... After two hours I went back to the clinic and found that the stitches were not tighten.- We had agreed that the charges for removing the one tooth is 350 AED. For the first two teeth it was 350 but for the third one he charged 450 AED for no reason, even the tooth was originally partly removed.In the last visit, I had explained these things, but he has no thing to tell because no answer. Using the needs of the others is not something great, how when it comes from a doctor?

I actually came to the hospital sick with a flu, had an appointment at 4:00 PM i was there on time, i brought my 6 year old daughter with me that is sick too, didnt have an appointment for her , the doctor came 20 mins late and i kept asking her to check my daughter cause my check with her took LITERALLY 3 MINS , and she completely refused to, and i thought that was really mean to reject a 6 year old as a General doctor, the doctor is called Sura Maher!Thank you

Last week i was having difficulties in getting my wife 3rd vaccination booster updated in her Al Hosn apps. We called so many times but not really helping in solving the matter. Until finally we went again to Khalifa City Mediclinic to ask for the matters. I would like to give a HUGE CREDIT to Mr Kazim who really helpful in solving the matters. The issue has been solved just in 1 day while before this it took us 1 month. Mr Kazim took matter seriously and updated us the issue. Thank you Mr Kazim for your hardwork and concern. Reception department are really not professional and you have a problem in customer service . Doctors are professional and knowledgeable but receptionists need to be educated how to handle and welcome visitors patients update them of waiting time know some skills how to communicate with doctors and medical staff .

I had the luck to be patient of Dr Ahmed Alsakar, dentist, very kind and professional. I never in my life thought I could go to the dentist and don’t suffer. I feel great and grateful. Highly recommend his services and care!!!

Medical staff is really nice and polite, however, reception experience was absolutely disappointing. There were too many customers for one person and the gentlemen had to answer multiple questions from different people at the same time. Our waiting time to just pay for the service was too long. Starting from making the appointment on phone, visiting and meeting the receptionists until consultations with professionals such as Dr. Asrar, Dr. Assem, Dr. Sherif whom are all very attentive to details, understanding and knowledgeable in their fields of expertise.It is also very convenient facility with available parking lots, overall quick service and comfortable atmosphere.

Reception are good but nurses are really bad and moody and unprofessional they didn’t want to take patients for more than hour and half where are the supervisors, sleeping I guess? Won’t be come to this chaos again

Waited for 1.5 hours for PCR screening. understaff and nurses were rude. arguing with the front desk. so unprofessional. and keeps on complaining instead of doing their work. they did not even bother to apologize to the patient who were waiting.

I had visited this clinic and everything is well maintained. Staffs are all professional. Special thank you to my sons pediatrician Dr. Nareman. She makes parents feel comfortable and she made me feel that my son was in safe hands. Today I went to see Dr Asrar and Im very satisfied with her but Im upset because the waiting time was too long and no nurses are available to help even no tissue in toilets and the ultra sound room and was not clean and no nurse to help and the doctor was preparing me without nurse and no tissue again!!

They have only 3 nurses! i waited 1 hour for pcr test , and the one nurse she’s doing noting !!! and other nurses with other doctors. and they kept us waiting for nothing!!! not recommended at all “ the nurses are not updating the reception that they r free”

The worst experience ever. First and last time to go there. Services are so bad & slow. Also they should improve dealing with customers. At least give employees courses on how to deal with customers and satisfy them. Pharmacy closed by time I finished with Doctor & although pharmacist was still there, refused to give me my medicine ! So strange

To say the service was excellent is an understatement. I was in to see the GP, and was out of there in 30 minutes flat. My appreciation to the team at the reception, the pharmacy, and most especially to Dr. Assem. Beyond creating a safe environment; he made me feel welcome, and valued. Keep up the great work.

I would like to share my experience on my visit in this clinic. There is a lot of parking inside the facility and the clinic is well maintained. All the staff are helpful especially the nurses even if they are busy. I had seen different doctors like GP, ENT, Dermatology, Opthalmology, Dental and Orthodontics and I am satisfied with the treatments I received. I was treated by Dr. Sherif, an Internal medicine specialist. He is an amazing doctor.He has an excellent communication skills and outstanding clinical skills. Also Nursing staff were highly professional in dealing with me and I didnt spend much time in the clinic.

Gathering between the professionality in work and kindness is a very difficult task to achieve, even though I found this two skills in the most beautiful soul Dr Asrar. She helped me in my medical issue that took a lot of time, patience and a lot of medication. She was always available at any time even at night supporting and advising. I started to lose hope of getting pregnant but her constant follow ups with me made it happened, yes the miracle had occurred and I got pregnant.I don’t know how to explain my appreciation and gratefulness for you, my angel, without you, I wouldnt ever live my dream of my life and become a mother for a sweet little baby girl.

I have been coming to mediclinic khalifa city A for years but this is the first time I am truly happy with the service that I even want ot write a review! Doctor Ahmed their new dentist is amazing, gentle during the treatment and the results are soo good, I am truly impressed by the realistic look of my filling in my mouth.

So now with covid they charge a significant amount as common cold without fever is now suspected covid, and people has stopped getting any other illnesses. Beyond that the Dr dont assess you, no vital signs etc, just a sample history and then over the counter meds 🤣. Will not dare to even look in your throat.

Today My doctor had an appointment shes 7 months only the nurses not trained who to deal with infant very dirty place they dont clean and sanitize the assessment room after each patient if you want to get sick differently go there , Doctor Nariman hnaity was so unprofessional she was busy assisting for vaccination while she ignored my appointment and when I spoke to her she told me to wait then after long waiting I got frustrated and mu baby was crying sick I told them to get me the doctor now she came gave me attitude and was very disrespectful, I left the clinic not worth it .

Dr Asrar is the best doctor in Abu Dhabi. I have been to various gynco in abudhabi but found Dr Asrar very comfortable. Her way of talking is very decent and clam and she has the ability to simplify medical issues to convince you with the treatment. It’s hard to find such a professional doctor those days. Her knowledge in her specialty is superb and updated.I truly recommend her for any female who would like to treated confidently and effectively.

Doctor is very good and kind. no pain at all. clinic is located very convenient place. planty of parkings are available. wifi is available. They have wide area of services . including family med, general, paediatric, ENT, Dermatology, Ortho etc. Im recommending the clinic. I have visited on 25th of August, I met a Philippines nurse, he is very helpfull and polite. he assist me for all of my procedures, he is doing his duty perfectly as well. finally like to mention his name is Jhonny. really happy with the service.

My first time appointment at Mediclinic was poor.After 40 mins from my appointment, I could not wait any longer in a fairy empty clinic, I approached one of the nurses. She took me straight to the consultation room. There, I saw a doctor who prescribed me 3 kinds of medications which none of them were available at their pharmacy.It is sad to say but i will never come back to this clinic to waste my time and money.

Worst service ever...Overcharging !!1.  went after making an appointment with a pediatrician for my baby last week. they charged me for general physician also. I didnt even see a general physician ( is there any need? who will consult a GP for your baby ? ) I got charged twice.2. They dont know the difference between a common cold and covid19, they are insisting to take paid corona tests if you end up seeing a doctor for just nasal congestion. if your temperature is over 37.1c mean u have Covid19, doesnt matter you dont show any symptoms. they very well know that no insurance in Abudhabi covers the COVID19 test as its done by the government itself. The doctor will meet you only if u agree to take a test, else you can leave.

Mediocre experience. Nothing noteworthy to praise. However, I was sent to xray from doctors office... He gave me incomplete directions (he left out part about its on a different floor). Then I come back to his office and his with a patient so they ask me to wait... But there are no chairs. I just had to stand there for about 15 minutes. Finally I went behind the (empty) receptionist desk and sat there. Other than that, a normal experience.

I have started to visit Mediclinic on January 2020 for dental issue, there is no doubt that the clinic has one of the best dentists in the city. Ophthalmology - Ive been under the care of both Dr Nabil Adi and Dr Ali Khallouf after lasik surgery. Both ophthalmologists are excellent doctors who have provided me with the best care. I can recommend both with confidence.

I had feared dentists all of my life due to the bad experience I had with them. I came to Dr Ahmed el Saqer khalifa city a branch of mediclinic hoping to repair the damages left from others in my so few remaining teeth. Tell you the truth this is one Good good good dentist:He takes care of my teeth with smooth hands limiting the pain snd getting into one mission only: my well being controlling the damages and creating new solutions for improvement. He is nice to talk to concerning the explanation he gives while simplifying the terms and getting the job done. I finished a root canal yesterday I am more thankful for the outcome

I am so disappointed with the reception in Khalifa A.I am 9 months pregnant when I felt so sick and I was around Khalifa city area.I saw mediclinic they have OB GYN.I approached the reception asking for help but the Filipino lady at the reception refused to accept my card.When I asked why she said: we dont accept low end networking cards anymore.And she did with her hand as if I am begging for a doctor.I told her: my card is Daman platinum enhanced ETIHAD AIRWAYS.She replied to me again: yes low end networking.When I asked Daman they said your card is open for gynecologist because I am pregnant.Am not upset because she refused but I am upset with the way how she informed me that my card is low end!Am not a homeless begging for food here

I have always loved mediclinic and its all services. From doctors to nurses and the way they take care of the patient is amazing.Parking is always avaiilable, waiting area is also clean.One thing I want to request the lady at khalifa city pharmacy is very rude. She literally wants to fight. We are paying lots of money to get treatment. We are not begging to give us free medicine. She should learn ethics or learn how to treat the customers/patients. If not then please bring someones else. This KCA branch is different and difficult than other mediclinic branches I feel so uncomfortable in the pharmacy. Its the only mediclinic branch in my vicinity so I have no other option.
