Very Bad Experience I ever had in my life. Very disappointed service especially ultrasound, first you have to wait atlease 30 mins for your turn to the counter to know either they ll give you appointment or no for the ultrasound even you are suffering from severe pain and you need urgent treatment thereafter they ll give you appointment after a week 😢 for the ultrasound which I never ever heard need appointment in radiology(ultrasound) but they dont bother their self either till that time you ll alive or die they dont care.

Doctors are good.But a chaotic turn around experience, takes almost an hour for registration and vitals check in spite of having an appointment on an off peak week day.Unorganized adminstration, planning and infrastructure. Patients requiring a local procedure were asked to wait and mixed up with patients in fever clenic in close proximity which made us feel very uncomfortable and vulnerable to cross contamination.

Very good service by hospital. Nurses are very friendly. When I have pain they come visit me and give me medicines. Overall satisfied.

Everyone was helpful except for the lady in a hijab at Counter 3 of Neuro Clinic. I was suffering an unbearable leg painand while I was presenting my Emirates ID, this lady in the counter didnt even bother to look at my ID let alone looked at me standing infront of her. She continued to do her thing until the other lady beside her gave me the assistance I needed. How dare this hijab wearing person is working in a medical sector where medical assistance must be a priority. Astagfirullah !

Used to consult Dr. Thomas Varghese for my kid. All good but pharmacy is a mess. Takes 3 times more time waiting for our token compared to time taken to see doctor.

Rubish behaviors by doctor,,, i would never recommend for the surgery,,, if you choose phoinex for surgery,, you should its self be a half doctor,, bcoz doctor knows only how to treat you by machine,, no manners after surgery to visit, if u feel pain, die or you in ward or floor,, he just used machine fulfill his salary and khalas,, they called me at 12 to reached,, and let me waited till 4.30pm,, just bcoz waiting of device for surgery,, seems like getting it rental,,, i used to go phoinex for small checkup since a years,, but for surgery first and last visit,, by the way nurses are very very help full..

Today, I had a very bad experience from the Covid Test department. Since the care taker of my new born baby having 13 days reported covid positive, we went to covid Test department. We were having the birth certificate and insurance copy since it is only less than 9 days from date of discharge. The receptionist in the counter is so stubborn that they will not do it without Emirates Id or passport. I have tried to explain to them that, for new born babies, as per the provisions in low, ids can be applied within 30 days and requested them to accept with birth certificate . She said No. Then I said, what about the life of my baby, this country is so care about each persons even childrens. She was not even ready to care or listen to it. Then another sister tried us to help us and she told to go to main reception. When we went there, receptionist called down to the Covid reception and shouted why they send us there. The staff nurse who was doing the test was so caring and she tried to help us, but others were not helping in this critical situation where the life of baby may be in risk and they really dont care about it.With all respect to hospital management, we are very happy with all other departments and my baby born there only. We request you to please consider humanity factors while appointing these staffs, please review the attitude. Until yesterday, I was visiting only phoenix hospital , but this insident made me very highly disappointed

Our daughter miss Melissa Pinto had a horrible experience at the emergency section of this hospital. Our family will never visit this hospital Its not ended here when she went to collect the blood test results they purposely made her wait for more than 30 minutes, and even receptionist asked her are you the one who got the vain ruptured? , in front of other patients. Sir this is the pain we experienced. in your hospital. Last 30 plus years in UAE we never had any such problem.

As far as the experience which I had was mixed. Regarding the assistance some of the executive are normal some are not all attentive for the patients concerns, not good in assisting thire queries. I couldnt see a good connection except Dr. Jaykrishna who was having an outstanding positive vibe .

There is a lot of delay in the process. We have waited 90 minutes to consult the doctor even after a prior appointment. Time is very precious for everyone and that is why taking appointment for consultation.

Ive had a worst experience in this hospital. The ICU nurse, her name is Deepthi, was very rude and unprofessional. She asked me to get out of the unit in a rude way, saying they are following strict covid precautionary measures,take note: she is not even wearing N95 mask and PPE in the ICU and I have my latest PCR within 24hrs as per their policy. I was about to go out and just gathering my things then she came back again after few seconds and ask me again to go out like a shes just talking to a dog. This girl has no manners at all. Words cant express my disappointment.

The hospital employees are excellent in their job. Especially the four Doctors who assisted, managed , diagnosed and treated me well. I will mentioned them namely ; Dr. Sophia the Nigerian lady physician, Dr. Ibrahim the lady Doctor ,Dr. Prakash the Radiologist and Dr. Irfan the surgeon specialist I am so glad with them.Not only that but also to the receptionists, nursing staffs who sacrifice 24 hours monitoring and giving me the prescribed treatments, X-Ray technicians for their patience and services while performing the CT-Scan and X-Ray, the Arabic woman for daily visiting and asking if you have any complaint and also if you’re alright . I think she’s from the Complaint Section ,the dietician giving me the diabetics checklists for the do and don’t, the food handler also who give me my dinner ,the cleaner Sophie for providing me all the things which I needed in my room and helper for lifting me by the wheelchair when ordered to go for the X-Ray and CT-Scan.You’re all amazing guys. Once again thank you very much, job well done and God bless you all !!!

I and my wife just delivered a bouncing baby girl last month. From our first visit we were taken care of a very professional Dr. Gomathi Ponnusamy who looked after us for the 9 months. Every time we met our Doctor we were given hope and best medical care. Receptionist in the lobby are very helpful and accomodating which are the exact opposite in some clinics. Hotline when dialed took ages to answer so better yet go to the hospital to book an appointment. Medical staffs are professional and efficient. Would be nice to have some complimentary refreshment whilst waiting in que.
