One of the best insurance companies in UAE.I made a complaint on one of the garages and they follow up and take quick action to solve my issue.

The most unprofessional company and people I have been deal! The receptionist are so so bad her attitude, the way of answering, careless, and close the phone on the face !I face problems with the car, and as per conversation they supposed provide the car on fix date and time! But after calling and waiting 3 hours in mussafah insurance call and said “ walla to much problem pls manage by yourself and tomorrow I will try get the car” I have just one question why ppl are paying money if the answer “manage by ourselves “

A good Insurance company, with good products. But like working with all Insurance companies, I would suggest using an insurance broker.A broker ensures that the policy is correct, and ensures that you are being given the right financial cover.

Lost some of my claim forms and their database system is terrible for tracking your existing claim. Cant access your account so I had to ring a British number at cost to sort out their mess. If I had the choice I would avoid.

Worst customer service on phone, better to go directly (Abu Dhabi branch)

For all your general insurance needs...you get decently quick and good service...but the location is kinda in on the main road but you have to find your way around the back and parking can be challenging !

Had accident last year. They did advise to go to dealer for fix the car in a moment. Was very quick action

Worse Car insurance EVER in my Whole life. Extremely unprofessional & very slow by procedures.

Takes time but serves. Staff is good. The drawback is this is the only office in whole of abu Dhabi.

Very much pleased about the services. Unfortunate that they don’t provide individual medical insurance in Abudhabi anymore.

Having a very bad experience as its been 10 days to my vehicle accident and they are telling me the status of faulty vehicle insurance. I am now fed up of listening that the other party has not renewed their insurance.i paid my premium so i am not concerned with the other party status.Very poor service.
