It was a wrong decision to choose AXA health insurance, do not expect any fair dealings or support from this company. First they change the quotation amount after all documents have been submitted and all the additional charges and fines were made to pay by client for the error and delay from their side. The insurance was issued one month later (after all sorts of hassle) and when in the hospital, I am told that I am not covered for the health concern which is totally contradicting to the table of benefits. After making complaint, no response. What is the purpose of paying 8000 Dhs and suffer. Taking responsibility for their mistakes is not the approach with AXA, client has to pay for mistake made by AXA

One of the worst insurance company i have ever seen. i wish i could rate it minus(-) even 1 star is too much for them. i called for road assistance and even after 3 hrs they were not able to send recovery team. i made multiple calls to them but they are deaf. do not ever try them they are much worst than you can think ofrating -10/5

Appearantly when I tried to sell my car off they do not transfer the insurance which is a hassle. Because I had to re do my insurance just to transfer my vehicle. Very inconvenient

I have axa car insurance and I was very happy how they sort out everything for me in one call. Very helpful when bad things happen in life.

Pathetic Services I have ever seen in my life we are with them from last few years and first time i needed one letter of COC which took more then 20 days i provided everything they asked for and still didnt get that small piece f paper from them every time when i call them the only thing they know is to tell me we are sorry sir for the inconvenience we will solve your issue in 24 hours and then that 24 hours never comes.

The worth service you get is from this company , i made a travel insurance through them , the agent made a mistake in my name and since then i called the call center 3 times they didnt help and each time they say will call you back and never return.

Very poor service!!!! Worst insurance company I ever seen , first they said will do your mother insurance in 8000 AED then they said now u have to do few medical test around worth 2000 AED, nothing comes in medical report than they said after reviewing ur mother medical report will charge you 13500 AED. And they never call you back !!

Very unprofessional , not responding to calls or my mails at all. Raised complaints at various platforms but no response at all.Request to you all dont use AXA for any kind of insurance literally never ever.

Not only did my premiums double for myself and family members this year, but first time we need an approval for chest pains for a simple electrocardiogram and treadmill stress test we wait 3 days and hear nothing. A six year customer and service continues to get more expensive and getting approval for anything difficult.

I dont know what to say! Today I received my health insurance card from Axa gulf... They have a great offer for individuals, Im really happy with that. Also they was very respectful specially Mr. Jan, He know Ill come by taxi.. He waiting me outside the building to give me my card without asking him.. Great experience and respected people.

My uncle had this insurance for long 6 years, when needed it was very difficult to get approval for the claims. For the first time its applied, Alas its Rejected. Other companies may have some more easy and flexible customer care.This is pathetic.

Very Honest and trustworthy. Took travel insurance which had troubles during travel and they honored the claim after providing them the required documents. Honestly thought that i would have had to go through more trouble but the staff were so helpful and cooperative.

By far, the absolute worst healthcare provided of the UAE. My company got us the most premium plan at AXA, and all of my claims keep getting rejected because AXA is only concerned about saving money themselves. Horrible customer service as well. Avoid at all cost.

Disappointed with their service! Beside the high car insurance premium compared to others in the market, they dont really keep the customer as the prime element of their Business model.I recently cancelled my insurance after the sale of my vehicle and a refund of what left of the premium paid was due. AXA will only refund via cheque and I will need to pick it up either from Abu Dhabi or Dubai offices. I live in Al Ain and I dont usually come to Abu Dhabi or Dubai except on weekends and for leisure.I have asked for a Courier service which AXA declined as this is not in their policy. They offered to hand over the cheque to a nominated friend or family with a letter of authorisation from me. I dont have a friend or family who I can ask to do this for me.If the Banks are currently use Courier services to deliver Credit/Debit card why cant AXA? Very Disappointed!

Baught insurance at 12 Noon and not yet online 10 PM ...Be Careful before wasting your Money with irresponsible peoples.Wasted 5 Hours and traveled 400KM just to know that insurance is not online.

They dont keep you forever on the phone when you are in doubt. There is always someone to help out urgently although the insurance does not have a large coverage in Abu Dhabi dont know about any other Emirates hope it gets better

Delays, short staff, poor correspondence from back office medical support team and management. Delays on approvals in any farmacy..The company is not supportive infront desk admin people in Abu Dhabi branch.....A lot things are changed not positive side there..... all the best for upgrades and work on quality side!
