Bunch of thieves, they sell lies and their contract and products are so dishonest, they have the worst customer service, I’ve been saving with them for a couple of years and my savings have lost 30% of value, no clarity or transparency on why, and staff so bad at providing reasonable explanations...

Poor quality of serviceNo one answer their phone - 20 minutes and still no answer.After sending emails, still no calls!Get prepared to have to visit their office because of a very simple question (no one answers their phone!)

I advise that you read the reviews of this Company. They will ask you to get the comprehensive Insurance and by the time you want to Claim for the damages, they will give you the cheapest possible service, very bad customer service, they will not even give you the benefits you are entitled to as per your policy, they will tell you that it is upon the liability insurance approval if they will give you the additional benefits or not, even if it is already in the contract that you signed with them. This company will take money from you and they will NOT return the service equally.They are NOT good business and service providers. This company together with The New India Insurance is a bogus. They will not listen to you because they already have the money from you.

Its notorios by the reviews how the people dislike this insurance company. Be careful with this insurance because there are many things they dont tell you when they offer you this policies. Traps are everywhere around.... For them its a very good company of course, they do a lot of money with naive people.

Be careful with agents of Union Insurance/Seguro (USD investment, not vehicle), They talk something actual contract is something. I got 15 yrs of investment plan and was told that we can withdraw any time after 24 month (without exit load) and minimum installment period of 18 months. once you receive contract things are different. basically you can not leave without exit load till 15th year. Guys be careful with all investment insurance companies like Union Insurance and SEGURO

Worst customer services ! Not recommended to anyone. Wasted my 5 hours just to load the insurance after purchase , made me sit at the traffic department and wait for their call, I had to cancel all my meetings. No one take the responsibility in the office. Worst customer services ever!

Very bad experience with this insurance. Repairs are done quick but very rude Staff mostly. They simply ignore clients. I wanted to renew my insurance and they offered higher price than last year after 3 days of contacting and chasing them. AED 100 for no claim letter. I dont recommend this insurance to anybody. When I did my insurance with them the first year, I asked them to include Oman in the policy and turned out that it only includes my car in case of an accident so I had to make another separate insurance at Oman boarders.

Abu Dhabi Office is very poor in service, Dubai is where Union is strong. Still tho, you see them advertise in Dubai all the time, they are trying there.However, Abu Dhabi team, especially Medical is just lacking a few people in the department. Motor is also lacking employees in Abu Dhabi. They could use a bit of a push to become better because they have good prices, and that always compensates their poor services
