I have never experienced customer care service. I had gone to abudhabi office regarding my insurance renewal inquiry but one of reception lady behaviour was very poor kind of ignorance she said she will give me whatsap number you have messege them and call them for inquiry i dont know if i need to message them on whatsap for what reception lady is there ? ai lost the whatsap number and whatsap number then i called to office this time again she said to me i will give contact number i said i have no pain then she said ok after that she drop the call. Is this customer service?
Poor service..no emergency service available..when i had flat tyre i tried to contact but they said it is not office hour and asked me to call latet..better go for insurances giving 24x7 roadside assistance

If there is ZERO star I would give. I called all their numbers without any answer. This is seriously frustrating. You can find better companies for sure.
DO NOT APPROACH QIC!!!!Worst company ever in all standards.. They were the most expensive & the most unhelpful.. My car got into a minor accident which wasnt my fault. Yet it took 1 month to be able to repair my car after 3 useless visits up & down to Musaffah.. They wanted to check my car for estimate & requested me to take the car to Musaffah for inspection when the guy supposed to do was sitting on his bum in the office in Abu Dhabi & didnt even bother going to check it.. They were horrible handling this minor damage and as my insurance company & me being their client, they should be the ones taking care of everything & helping me.. Insread I had to do all the running around & chasing for THEIR approval for the repair which came after ONE MONTH of the accident date.. And yes that girl on Reception is horrible & has no respect for clients .. Talking on the phone or doing whatever as if I dont exist ..I wish I red the reviews before but I had to insure my car quick during the lock down..Never ever ever ever again!! 😠😠😠😠😠
Qic is cheaper than others but they have other tricks to earn money from customers like you cant transfer your insurance at time of sell or purchase of vehicle... If you will ask for return that is another story they will take time for one month and at the end you will get nothing
Customer care executive is not very supportive. They respond in a very argumentative way. Could have been little easy when answering the phone calls.Motor claim needs to be followed up or else no one will call or take any measure.

Very bad services they give and do cheap repair with defective parts. surveyor and garage people are friends. They just play with customer and fool them.
Very bad quality of service! Especially receptionist Nesreen. She is always rude, on the phone and in person. Every time its like she is doing a huge favor for a client to even talk or print a paper. Not looking at customers and barely saying hi.Very unpleasant experience with the company regarding total loss of the car.The calculation for the payment was just 100 aed less then the car loan. They froze 5000 aed as an insurance for themselves.They took the guaranty cheque from me in Dubai. And forgot to send it to AD for the closing of the deal.I had to chase them to get information that they will send me picture of my guaranty cheque been cut only when I will be in the office. Although I already transferred the ownership of the car in their name.So in the end they were holding my guaranty cheque + 5000 aed when the car was already under their name officially. And they made me chase them just to see that they cut my guaranty cheque and wont use it, because they forgot to send it to Abu Dhabi!
