Extremely Poor service and no response at all. Im struggling since last 20 days for my wife insurance application and none are responding at all.There system is failed and management is lazy to look on the customers feedback. Such a failure of ISO system and complaints protocol, if one is implemented.To the management of Daman -> Wake up before its too late.
The worst customer service ever if I can give 0 zero rate I will give nobody care for the customer if you send email take 5 day to replay if you call many time no-one can help you with your inquire ,,not good at all

Worst customer service. they just wasted my two days of time. even the call center doesnt help properly. so i visited to the branch and they sent me back to take a damn photo copy of the EID from somewhere else, even when i can see the photocopy machine working right next to him.

Through their customer service sections... The waiting time will make you crazy because the payment and card collection services will take much more time than you expect. Each number will take 20 to 30 minutes to go to next and it should be fix and respect customers time. All other facilities like we have comfortable seating area, information counters, free WiFi and free drinks (☕ coffee and tea). The staffs are also friendly as my experience.
I saw a lot of negative reviews here. my own personal experience was ok. I had to come two or three times because I lacked some papers they wanted badly. but once you have all the documents with you you can go through pretty much easily. up until you get the token , it is a difficult task because the reception will go through all your papers and make sure you have everything. but once you get the token it is ok. But the insurance very good and if you have any Hospital emergency you will understand that the effort you went through was rewarding
