Before they where not responsive but recently they are improving. Administration need to be more careful and be very serious about if there is any change to customers agreement then they have to send a notice.I got frustrated many times due the company rejections which were by mistake which led me to go to many pharmacies to check and at the end I knew it’s because of daman.
Worst service and worst people. The securities behave like they own you. The staffs are too very stubborn. They have no regards for people. Dont listen. They just ignore. Nowadays everything is online. But they still prefer documents submission by standing on a long que. For companies they could provide step by step info on website on what to submit documents online.Now they dont want to listen. They make mistakes and you have to face the problem for their mistakes. And they delay like 1 week to 2 weeks with no proper response. Just have to keep due to no options left. Very poor, very rude and no respect at all
Since COVID-19 pandemic started, daman applications are being delayed and customers r suggested to submit applications online through their portal but unfortunately these applications are being left at pending list for weeks to months unless you go to them at their branch location and finish the application.Also their customer call center number is soo busy that you have to stay on hold for more than 30min to 40min to speak to an agent. It is so frustrating.

Islam alazben is the worst customer staff in daman insurance. If you want this company to survive you have to fire her . The worst customer service representative I have ever had.

Dear Daman Team, we are the customer of Daman and belonging to a Group of Companies, Last year we renew our Daman policy but our sales RM, Mr. Amir Kareem, issued us DAMAN Basic Plus instead of Daman Basic insurance, but there are a big difference between Both Policies , it is our worst experience because where ever employees/staff went for medical treatment , they are refused ,to say Your Daman insurance is not Valid / Not working with us due to that typical reason our Group leaving Daman insurance, we believe that Daman Team look this matter seriously and give us relief and feedback, we are waiting for your feedback for any query feel free to contact to us Thanks & Best Regards Adil Yousaf

Very very slow, more than 20 person standing in waiting line, website is not helpful and customer services there never helps first time.Cost me 10K fines on employees visa because of their slow routine
