When I hear « Daman I feel sick tears will come to my eyes . My husband had a heart attack & took in ambulance to nearest hospital. He had Daman insurance. He was hospitalized for 27 days & bill was huge . I was struggling all the 27 days to get response or approval from Daman but en vain although in case of emergencies it should be covered 100% they ignored us & we faced very bad moments with hospital who didn’t allow my husband ( a heart patient) to go home once discharged & put him under pressure & kept him as if he was a prisoner in the hospital waiting for any response from Daman. Till now we are still struggling to resolve the issue. I say nothing but HasbiaAllah wa neama Al wakil.
Extremely Poor service and no response at all. Im struggling since last 20 days for my wife insurance application and none are responding at all.There system is failed and management is lazy to look on the customers feedback. Such a failure of ISO system and complaints protocol, if one is implemented.To the management of Daman -> Wake up before its too late.

Worst insurance company.. They issued eligibility letter on 05/05/20 which is useless and not yet issued insurance card even after contacting several times.. Their customer care number 800432626 is not at all ringing. Just a useless..How can such company can exist
