They are a joke . They said in 30 minutes and it took 30 minutes checking the car and 20 minutes phone calling and another 30 minutes for them to submit it in auction . They offered me a price for my car online and when i visited them and they checked the car that it was a perfect condition they gave me 20%_30% of the price they offered in the evaluation . It made me laugh for the time wasting i had .

Totally Disappointed with the experience . I was initially offered 95000 for my car and after the inspection and testdrive which took 45 minutes together. The auction initially offered 58k! Felt like it was a joke! Finally offered 70k. Not going there again.

Unprofessional,I booked an appointment at 4.30.And they gentleman man over the counter was not there. I called the center and they told me that he will start your process in 10 min.When he came back he told me to go home and he will call me one and half hour and once he is done.The price they offer ...you can go and get some nice breakfast with that.

I will never go for it again in the future or recommend others.please dont go for it, it has really bad service,I have experienced for 2 times 1- my friend and me went to their office abu dhabi to sell the car after completing the deal they sent the car to sharja and then they canceled the deal when we asked for returning it back they said it will take time and finally when got it back it was damaged.2- I also recently went to sell my car in abu dhabi Masdar city office after finalizing the deal they sent the car to sharja, I asked for rental car or taxi they did not provide me even it was mantioned in the website, after one week when I contacted about my payment they said previous deal is canceled (even though I singed a contract) and we can try for another deal. I requested to return my car and I dont want any deal with you after 3 days still wainting for my car, and every time when I called customer care they said we will call you back after 15 minutes and I never got any call.when I ask for direct extension for manager they refused, so still waiting for my car as well their call to collect the car.and the worst thing there is no email or contact number for complaint.
