Never buy a car at Al Yousuf Motors. I have bought 9 months ago a brand new MGRX5 in Abu Dhabi Mussafah. At 9000 km battery went dead. I recently requested many times for a copy of my invoice at time of buying the car, but no one is willing to help. Not Dubai office either Abu Dhabi. Really poor customer service.

I bought my car for that place and I recommend it for every one, staff super helpful and very smart show room car choices.

The only Yamaha delarship in the region. Services are on the costly side. Even the installation of a simple accessory might cost you upto 5 folds what other garages charge you.

They sold MG ownership to Ali and Sons Co without notifying the customers. Alyousef motors lied to me about the service contract and now Im facing difficult times with Ali and Son Co.

The spare parts office is very slow in helping customers. If you want to come here to take spare parts, first you should make sure you allocate some time unless there are no other customers. I hope they provide more workers to help speed up the process.

Bought my full gear from them, good quality but its a bit pricey. Also bought my motorcycle from them, good price for the bike. One of the team was very helpful and gave me all information i needed. only wish the gear was a bit more affordable, it seems like they put the prices too high then put them down when you buy them so you feel like they have given you such a good deal.

Sales service is poor. They make you do their job... I had to keep calling them for three days in a staight to make sure they reseve and engine for me... Then i realized no point calling them so I had to pay them a visit and they are located far from any residential area... I bought the engine... They said in couple of days we will call you... They didnt...so i called to follow up... They said yes it is available... I went to pick it up to discover that they dont have it yet...
