The smart car app has been discontinued and that is terrible. In this heat it was a blessing to have the app. And the features were brilliantWonder what made Nissan take such a drastic wrong step.

When i brings my car for oil service also for ac repair they just chang the oil and cant make ac also give my car not wash properly

My experience is horrible with Al Masaood motors. I have booked a car with advance payment and was promised in 3 months but never given i called several times tried to follow with sales manager but even sales manager does not respond. My friend booked same car from Dubai and got his car as promised. Very unfair people are Al Masood Motors Najda branch.

Want to buy a new Nissan Patrol. I called them and no one available to assist me. Lady also told me she cant provide me with a no for a sales person or sales manager but someone will call me today. Doesnt seems like they need the business at all. Hopefully I will get better service at Dubai dealers.

Branch needs to learn they are selling nissan, I think they are confusing it with some high end Italian brand.A metal box like nissan kicks was quoted at 72k BASIC and without service contract. I wondered sure no problem I will get it done from a pump nearby.. but I was told quite abruptly that this will void my warranty.confused face :/.. this is customer extortion, who does this kind of stuff ? Even lambo owners take it to a private garage its my car to decide.Need to get the business model right guys, for sure I am never returning to this brand.

Great car brand but sad to say that this branch is the worst. The staff are very big headed. They dont come to you and help you with anything, you as a customer have to go to them and even then they dont care. The way they talk to you is as if you are a nobody and you dont have any money. The nissan showrooms at khalidiya and mussafah are so much better and their customer service is top notch.

Very bad saleswoman worst customer service. I enter to buy a car I turned off immediately if their careless they are avoiding looking at you even. And when you ask they dont want to assist you they leave you by your own I felt Im not welcome there.

I bought the maxima from them in 2013 the car was great, received a good price and the best customer service recommended it to my friends, however, I came back to them for a Nissan Patrol last week, terrible customer service, I had approached the manager, this person was a racist, he was very rude, Everytime i asked a question this man would start joking around. I asked him about the options of the car in return he said, You must have alot of money which restaurant are you eating tonight this person should be fired. Shame on al Masaood for hiring racist people working at their facility!!!!!!!!

Nice place. Good staff. Only issue is that the place is understaffed towards the end of the day. Had to wait for about an hour to talk to an executive there

Unfortunatlly very bad experience. Sales representatives do answer calls. Custumer is not given clear information about the delivery of newly bought car. Promises made that tomorrow customer will receive the car, but this tomorrow never come. When you call to inquire, if you are lucky and someone answers you, they tell you we will get back to you. Then no one just bother to call. Was expecting more profisional performance from such a comany.

Pathetic experience.. I visited after booking an appointment with Mr. Ayman. But he dealt with two more other customers as well at same time and he was more interested in the guy who was looking for a much expensive car.. felt very bad and had to waste around half an hour coz he was handling multiple customers.. And the stock was finished by the time we tried to book the car.. so I had to change my car from mid option to basic.. Later found that offers are much better from Dubai dealer.. I suggest to just make a call to Arabian automobiles in Dubai and compare price before booking.. I got an excellent deal from Dubai for Nissan Altima mid option.. so I cancelled my booking here and lost 15% of booking amount which is 300aed.. only this dealer deducts money from the ones I checked with.. and I was told the booking amount is refundable when booking.. when I cancelled he says it is refundable but not fully refundable.. he played the trick.. pathetic..
