I bought my MG RX5 yesterday (13/09/2021). I am very pleased with the pre-sales service rendered by the staff in the showroom. Special mention to Mr. Shinto Jose (Mob: +971543759817) who was very supportive from our first meeting itself. His approach of explaining the minute details of the car and the documentation works before the sale was commendable. I got my car delivered in 1 week time from the date of booking as promised by Mr. Shinto Jose. Really happy with the service and I would recommend MG to all who are planning to buy a new feature loaded car in a good price range.

MG RX8 2022 Black Edition that I have bought today is a superb car with fantastic features. Well built with much comfort for passengers in focus for the relatively better price I paid, comparing to the other cars I had been looking for. Love this car.MG staff (Ms. May Khader) was very cooperative and helpful from day one till handover on the 4th day. EDIT - 1 June (2 weeks later) - I am yet to receive my refund after being promised last week it will happen on 31 May. If this continues, I will have to look at other options to my money back from your company. This is a very clear example of why I did not proceed with this sale._____Absolutely the most pathetic service. Started dealing with them end April. Requested a refund on the holding fee I paid as Im canceling my purchase - that is how bad the service is. Their team doesnt know whats going on with their customers, their communication with their customers are bad or even non-existing, and the end price they have me was 17 000 AED more than what the salesman gave me in the showroom. How does that even happen? Lets see how long the refund takes. Prepare to wait a long time for you car, bad service and false information if you decide to buy here. Such a shame because I would have 100% bought a car there if they actually made any effort.

April 2021 I purchased my MG Rx 5 from Inter Emirates Abudhabi Showroom. There service & delivery was excellent. Customer care service & after sale service was also superb. Salesman Mr. Shinto provide best service. He detalied everything on our first meeting for test drive, and the Car is very good.. fuel economy, power, spacious. Best car with more spec & less price.
