I have an X5 under contract service which had 7 faulty issues and every time it breaks, it stays for quite some time with the dealership. The major problem was the engine that was replaced that took 25 days. Replacement car are small and you have to put a deposit of 5000 that will be returned after 3 months after you return the car.The staff is un experienced with a fake smile.
