I bought my car 4 years ago from mercedes emc amd still under warrenty i do struggle to get it fixed between dubai and abu dhabi as im based now in dubai had to make full report and pay in dubai and then to send to abu dhabi on a truck and pay the fees!car was supposed to get fixedsince i got it same engine noise that i was talking about from day 1today the engine light was on again which was the main reason i went to the work shop in dubai and then sent the car to abu dhabi to be fixed under the warrenty unfortunately looks like nothing was fixedtoday i called mr nadim abbassy who received the car before he was extreamly rude when i was just asking that he had to send someone to take the car and was insisitng that that the job was done from their end however still the light of the engine sign is oni really hope that you record the calls of uour employees) to see how unprofessional and rude they are with your customers who paid thausands of dirhams to buy these kind of luxury cars however unfortunately your customer service and after sale service is really not up to the standardsi was willing to buy a new one already and was in contact with your team in abu dhabi mr laith from emc marina mall to have the new c300 to replace this one that i bought from you however with this level of service and attitude a client can get from your team is totally unacceptableeven when i was telling him i will file a complaint he was sarcastically answering yes go ahead and complainthaving these people working for you definitely ruin the reputation of such big Co.thank you

The salesperson assisting us was very unprofessional. We have asked about a certain car and its specifications, and he seems unknowledgeable about it. We have waited on him to ask his colleagues about the car several times until he saw another customer who I believe he was assisting earlier and walked with him outside. We stayed there waiting for him for a while but he didnt come back and so we left. The service there was very bad. Not recommended.
