I went to drop my car for service and the customer service is zero to rate they didn’t provide me with a drop off even and they said they can do nothing about it I even asked for the manager to solve it but nothing at all even it’s the worse service I wouldn’t advice anyone and it’s even my service A …abudhabi. Airport road branch .. and they r the sweetest when u want to buy a new car at first if there is a rating that is lower than a star I would give that

I hate my car just because of the bad service and unprofessional personals every time. So many times they dont do a good job. Also, they delay the car for days for no reason. The worse part they really dont care simply as I learnt from an agent there they care only for the most expensive cars not all cars. Not only that they really will not upgrade the system. I dont advise any of my friends and family or anyone to buy Mercedes in AUH because of their bad service. Only in the airport road they are professional. However the main shop is in Musaffah

Its an extremely organized setup. Truly impressive! Can handle over 100 cars at the same time. The showroom has a few vintage Mercedes worth looking at!

It is a fantastic facility. You can just drive in your car into the store. Better make a reservation before you go since it is crowded place. The advisor are not that considerate people. Make sure you are aware what you need for your car.

Went in for a regular service. You drive into an amazing indoor facility and they place your car on a lift right in front of you. My service advisor inspected the underside of my car as well as the brakes and tires while I was sitting down observing him. It was a fun overall experience and I can’t wait to go again.

Good shop to maintain your merc. You have to challenge them sometimes but they will respond. I maintained my E300 there since new in 2011.
