No one from retail sales was there when I visited. The person from corporate sales, Ahmed; who was kind enough to show me the all their latest models. However for more information he took my contact details and promised to pass them on to their retail sales person. Its been a couple of days and no one called back. Given this level of pre sales service I can only imagine how poor the after sales service would be. Never heading back to infiniti abu dhabi now. You have lost a customer Al Masaood

Extremely bad service standard. I have never experienced such a low service standard in my life. My car having some weird rattle sound problem I gave my car to service.they wrongly diagnose the problem and took 2 months to source the parts. And my problem still not resolved.
