Very professional. Booked my appointment using Al Masaood app, just a day ago. They called and confirmed immediately. Took car to airport road and everything went swiftly. They even painted my whole bumper plus service in less than 6 hours !!! Very impressive Al Masaood, I am a really happy customer !

Best customer service. We bought a new car this week. Service provided by Mr. Yella kosse is extraordinary. I highly recommend this showroom for their on time delivery and communication between the sales person and customer throughout the process is highly appreciated. They value their customer as they considered my birthday and surprised with a cake during the delivery which is a memorable moment in our life. We bought Renault Megane 2.0 which is a superb car. Value for money. Ambient lighting and massage in seat gives much pleasure during travel. An excellent car for a small family . Overall great experience.

Dropped my car at the service center & the keys at the drop box, at Abu dhabi after taking an appointment at 8 am on 18/03/2021.I had expected them to call me , but dint receive a call. So I called at the call center @9 am, 10 am 11am , 1 pm & 2 pm and got assured from the call center that Ill get back a call from the concerned persion each time I called , which I didnt. Thinking of going back to the showroom to find out where they had taken my car for service . After the service probably will not come back to this service center next time .

This is a worst showroom I have ever seen. They dont know what a car service means. Actually I am blank with my vehicle what to do. I am using a renault symbol. Anyone please suggest me a good service centre for the maintenance of my car. All the equipments of this vehicle are complicated and hidden. No normal people can remove or alter. That is the victory of this looter service centre also

Renault Al Masood are fraud....Never visit hereIf you come here you are wasting your money.I brought my car Renault Safrane due to lost key through recovery they initially they told it will be done in 1 hrs....only key programming is to be done.But later they told me chasis no. is not matching with onboard computer (which was never changed) hence we have to replace it I denied, hence they called me again with another offer that only card reader replacement change will work.I was hesitant initially but later I agreed....but now after 43 days they told me it didnt worked....Hence I am planning to file a lawsuite against these frauds.

I never seen such a wrost service center from past 6 years. Un professional persons are in service center.1. I have given my car Renault Safrane for service. During appointment, i informed to service advisor to check there was some error in the cruise control (cross control in the quote), but the service advisor has costed 300AED only for verification apart from the service cost (by hand written). Which is surprising me without diagnosing, they are adding in cost.2. After service, i found there is a damage in the front mirror of the car (photo with yellow circle). How un-professionally handled the customers property. Other few scratches in the door windows.

Worst car brand Iโ€™ve bought from. Bought Megane RS 2019 and nothing but negativity from the car usage. Fuel consumption is a lie on the window sticker which shows โ€œExcellentโ€ but after using it, it only takes me 350km distance. Anyways, i can mention even more other issues Iโ€™ve faced with my RS but at the end of the review, Renault is a fail company.

Worst customer service and no proper response and no value for money. Myself and my friend went to give his car for service. After service, the service advisor not checked the car properly, because when we asked about the issue of hand rest cabin, he said that the hand rest cabin is locked and you have to replace the full set. But we tried it and opened the hand rest cabin. They made some marks on the door; not properly cleaned.

Worst customer service ever.No follow up with the customer. Car was giving message check gear box and after keeping the car.for one week in service center check up was not done,no reports. They informed that gear box is broken and it will cost 25000 to repair it. After sending the car to mussafah,the problem was in car software,which was updated within 1 day and cost me 800 only.Renault service center wanted to charge me AED400 for check up without presenting me any reports that the car was checked and without specifying what was the problem.

Even they dont deserve to get 1 star rating. We have given our car for service at Al Masaood Renault service center, worst service and no proper customer service. The persons who are sitting as service advisors are not technically fulfilled or resolved the problem. They are just adding the cost without knowing the technical issues. Also, they damaged the car glass and not cleaned the car properly. Poor service.

Worst service. No value for customer their money and time. Poor time management, waited for an hour to get my car from the said time and that too without washing or cleaning. They asked me to come another day just to wash my car. Arrogance at its peak, as they are the sole service provider for reanult. Never fall in to the trap of maintenance contract with them, as nothing will fall under the maintenance contract, you need to pay additional amount for all the maintenance even after having a contract. They are not trustworthy, in the morning i was told the cost of changing wiper per piece is 70, but when went to pick my car the cost was aed 129. Only requested to change front wiper, but they have changed the rear one too at an additional cost, and also paid labor charge even after having a maintenance contract, where labor charge is included.

Worst service center in abu dhabi. My Renault Captur they said for 80000 km service just labour charges cost they said was Aed 3000 and for additional labour work no discounts which is a really a rip off. The technical staff are pathetic. They think they have a monopoly in abu dhabi but not any more the are many other workshops who do a excellent job Renault vehicles. With poor service people will stop buying Renault vehicles.

People who are complaining about appointment that no 1 answers the calls must recheck the number which they r calling becuase they might be calling the wrong number and we can get appointment online so no need to call. My experience with AlMasaood service centre was very good.Free wifi and beverages are apriciated. And the employees are very friendly. But ofcorse no 1 is perfect.
